Distribusi SBSN Ritel pada Pasar Perdana Domestik sesuai
dengan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan No.137 Tahun 2024
Tentang Penerbitan Dan Penjualan Surat Berharga Syariah
Negara Ritel Di Pasar Perdana Domestik. Penetapan Panin
Sekuritas sebagai Mitra Distribusi tersebut telah ditindaklanjuti
dengan penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja antara Panin
Sekuritas dan Direktorat Jenderal Pengelolaan Pembiayaan
dan Risiko c.q. Direktorat Pembiayaan Syariah, Kementerian
Keuangan Republik Indonesia.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penambahan instrumen investasi yang ditawarkan Panin
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Sekuritas sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah nasabah,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan transaksi efek dan pendapatan usaha.
