&) PaninSekuritas Publicly Listed Company and Member of Indonesia Stock Exchange Panin Sekuritas sebagai Mitra Distribusi tersebut telah ditindaklanjuti dengan penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja antara Panin Sekuritas dan Direktorat Jenderal Pengelolaan Pembiayaan dan Risiko c.g. Direktorat Pembiayaan Syariah, Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. The Govemment has appointed Panin Sekuritas as a Retail SBSN Distribution Partner for the Domestic Primary Market pursuant to the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 137 of 2024 conceming the Issuance and Sale of Retail State Sharia Securities in the Domestic Primary Market. This appointment has been followed by the signing of a Cooperation Agreement between Panin Sekuritas and the Directorate General of Financing & Risk Management, c.g. the Directorate of Sharia Financing, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. 4.
