Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Terdapat beberapa transaksi pengalihan saham Perseroan
dalam rangka restrukturisasi kepemilikan saham Perseroan,
yang dilakukan dengan memenuhi peraturan pasar modal
yang berlaku. Tidak ada perubahan pemegang saham
pengendali maupun pemilik manfaat akhir (ultimate beneficial
owner) Perseroan dikarenakan transaksi-transaksi pengalihan
saham tersebut. Transaksi pengalihan saham yang dilakukan
di antara beberapa pemegang saham Perseroan (Transaksi)
bukan merupakan penjualan saham Perseroan kepada pihak-
pihak lain yang bukan merupakan para pemegang saham
secara langsung dan/atau tidak langsung dari Perseroan saat
ini.
Untuk detail penjelasan Transaksi, mohon merujuk pada surat
terlampir.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pada tanggal keterbukaan informasi ini, Bapak Tan Yu Yeh
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan baik melalui Azara Alpina Sdn. Bhd., MDIH (Singapore) Pte.
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Ltd., Indosiam Pte. Ltd., Sky Venture Ltd., dan melalui
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kepemilikan secara langsung masih menjadi pemegang saham
Perusahaan Publik pengendali dan penerima manfaat akhir (ultimate beneficial
owner) dari Perseroan sehingga tidak terdapat dampak negatif
dari informasi ini terhadap kegiatan operasional dan hukum,
kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Announcement on the Company's Transfer of Shares
Type of Material Information or Facts
Description of Material Information or There were several transactions of transfer of shares of the
Facts Company for restructuring the share ownership of the
Company, where they were carried out in compliance with the
applicable capital market regulations. There are no changes in
the controlling shareholder or the ultimate beneficial owner of
the Company due to those transactions of transfer of shares.
The transfer of shares transaction conducted among some of
the shareholders of the Company (Transactions) does not
constitute sale of the shares of the Company to parties who
are not the existing direct and/or indirect shareholders of the
Company.
For the details of the Transactions, please refer to the attached
letter.
Impact of event, material information or As at the date of this information disclosure, Mr. Tan Yu Yeh
facts towards Issuers or Public through Azara Alpina Sdn. Bhd., MDIH (Singapore) Pte., Ltd,
Company’s operational activities, legal, Indosiam Pte. Ltd., Sky Venture Ltd., and his direct ownership
financial condition, or going concern still retains as the controlling shareholder of the Company and
as the ultimate beneficial owner of the Company, therefore,
there is no negative impact from this information to the
operational activities and legal, financial condition, or business
continuity of the Company.
