Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Penandatanganan Akta Jual Beli Saham sehubungan dengan
penjualan saham PT BRI Manajemen Investasi oleh
Perseroan kepada PT Danantara Asset Management.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta 1. Dengan telah ditandatanganinya AJB antara Perseroan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dengan DAM, serta telah diselesaikannya Transaksi sesuai
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, ketentuan dalam PPJB, seluruh saham yang dimiliki
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan dalam BRI MI telah beralih kepada DAM.
Perusahaan Publik Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan tidak lagi
memiliki kepemilikan saham pada BRI MI, sehingga laporan
keuangan BRI MI tidak lagi dikonsolidasikan dalam Laporan
Keuangan Perseroan. Dengan demikian, BRI MI tidak lagi
menjadi bagian dari Grup Perseroan.
2. Informasi atau fakta material yang diungkapkan tidak
memiliki dampak material yang merugikan terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan
usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Execution of the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Shares in
Facts relation to the sale of shares in PT BRI Manajemen Investasi
by the Company to PT Danantara Asset Management.
Impact of event, material information or 1. Following the execution SPA between the Company and

activities, legal aspects, financial condition, or business
continuity.
