In order to comply with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation Number
31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 45 Year 2024 concerning
Development and Strengthening of Issuers and Public Companies, we hereby, for and on behalf

3 Uraian Informasi atau Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa saat ini terjadi kondisi
Fakta Material penurunan penyaluran gas bulan Agustus 2025 oleh
pemasok gas/KKKS hulu migas yang berdampak pada
pengaliran gas untuk sementara waktu kepada sebagian
pelanggan di wilayah Jawa Barat, dan sebagian Sumatera.
Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh adanya unplanned shutdown
pemasok gas eksisting serta adanya beberapa tambahan
pasokan gas yang masih dalam proses finalisasi.
Description of Material The Company stated that there is currently a decrease in gas
Information or Facts distribution in August 2025 by gas suppliers/upstream oil
and gas contractors (KKKS), which will temporarily impact
gas distribution to some customers in West Java and parts
of Sumatera.
This condition is caused by an unplanned shutdown of
existing gas suppliers, as well as several additional gas
supplies that are still in the finalization process.
4 Dampak kejadian, Situasi ini memengaruhi kebutuhan volume gas dan
informasi atau fakta stabilitas penyaluran bagi pelanggan yang saat ini dilayani
material tersebut terhadap di wilayah terdampak, sehingga Perseroan meminta
kegiatan operasional, pelanggan untuk melakukan pengendalian pemakaian gas
hukum, kondisi keuangan, sesuai ketersediaan pasokan gas dan menggunakan bahan
atau kelangsungan usaha bakar lainnya bagi pelanggan yang menggunakan peralatan
dengan sistem dual fuel.

operational activities, customers to control their gas usage in accordance with the
legal, financial conditions, available gas supply and to use alternative fuels for those

5 Keterangan lain-lain Perseroan bersama seluruh pemangku kepentingan sedang
melakukan langkah percepatan untuk memperoleh alokasi
pasokan gas dan LNG tambahan serta menyalurkannya
kembali kepada pelanggan secepat mungkin. Kami
memahami bahwa kondisi ini dapat memengaruhi
kelancaran operasional pelanggan, dan kami
menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas ketidaknyamanan
yang terjadi. Kami akan terus memberikan pembaruan
informasi secara berkala melalui media komunikasi resmi
Perseroan, serta memastikan koordinasi intensif agar
pasokan dan layanan gas dapat segera pulih.
Other Information The Company, together with all relevant stakeholders, is
accelerating efforts to secure additional gas and LNG

allocations and distribute them to customers as quickly as
possible. We understand that this situation may impact
customer operations, and we apologize for any
inconvenience. We will continue to provide regular updates
through Company’s official media communication and
ensure intensive coordination for the speedy restoration of
gas supplies and services.
