(“Perseroan”) menyampaikan laporan informasi following material information or facts:

Perseroan tengah mengalami gangguan pasokan
gas dari pemasok gas Perseroan.
Perseroan memperoleh pasokan gas dari PT
Pertamina EP (“PEP”) dan PT Perusahaan Gas
Negara Tbk (“PGN”) berdasarkan kontrak pasokan
gas yang berlaku masing-masing hingga
Desember 2029 dan Maret 2035.
Pada tanggal 5 Agustus 2025, telah terjadi insiden
dan unplanned shutdown di area Stasiun
Pengumpul Field Subang yang dioperasikan oleh
PEP. Kondisi ini berdampak pada pasokan gas
bumi ke seluruh pelanggan PEP Jawa Bagian
Barat, yang diantaranya adalah PT Cikarang
Listrindo Tbk.
Di sisi lain, pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2025,
Perseroan menerima informasi awal melalui
pemberitahuan resmi dari PGN terkait kondisi
penurunan tekanan penyaluran gas ke Perseroan.
Selanjutnya, pada tanggal 13 Agustus 2025, PGN
menyampaikan pemberitahuan resmi berikutnya
terkait masalah tekanan kritis pada jaringan South
Sumatera West Java (“SSWJ”), yang
mengindikasikan adanya potensi penurunan
tekanan gas yang disuplai ke pembangkit listrik
kami.
Sebagai tanggapan, kami segera mengambil
langkah mitigasi dengan memanfaatkan bahan
bakar lainnya, untuk memastikan pemenuhan
kebutuhan energi pelanggan industri tanpa
gangguan, hingga pasokan gas dari PEP dan PGN
kembali normal./
The Company hereby informs all stakeholders that
it is currently experiencing a disruption in the
supply of gas from its gas suppliers.
The Company sources its gas from PT Pertamina EP
(“PEP”) and PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk

(“PGN”) under gas supply contracts, which was
valid until December 2029 and March 2035,
respectively.
On August 5, 2025, an incident occurred and an
unplanned shutdown took place at the Gathering
Station in the Subang Field area operated by PEP.
This situation has affected gas volumes supplied to
all customers of PEP Western Java, including PT
Cikarang Listrindo Tbk.
On the other hand, on August 10, 2025, the
Company received preliminary information
pursuant to an official notification from PGN
regarding a decline in the gas pressure supply to the
Company. Thereafter, on August 13, 2025, PGN
issued a subsequent official notice regarding critical
pressure issues in the South Sumatera West Java
(“SSWJ”) network, indicating a potential decline in
gas pressure supplied to our power plant.
As a response, we promptly implemented mitigation
measures by utilizing alternative fuels, to ensure
uninterrupted energy supply to our industrial
customers, until the gas supply from PEP and PGN
are restored to normal.
3. Dampak kejadian, informasi, atau fakta Sampai dengan tanggal penyampaian keterbukaan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan informasi ini, tidak terdapat dampak material
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau terhadap kegiatan operasional. Perseroan tengah
kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau menilai potensi dampak dari gangguan pasokan
Perusahaan Publik / gas terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan.
The impact of the material event, information, Perseroan tetap berkomitmen untuk memantau
or fact on the operational activities, legal situasi secara cermat dan saat ini sedang
matters, financial condition, or business berkoordinasi dengan pemasok gas, regulator, dan
continuity of the Issuer or Public Company pemangku kepentingan lainnya, sebagai langkah
mitigasi untuk menjaga reliabilitas operasional
pasokan listrik./
As of the date of this disclosure, there is no material
impact to operational activities. The Company is in
the process of assessing the potential impact of the
gas disruption event on its financial condition. The
Company remains committed to closely monitoring
the situation and is currently coordinating with our
gas suppliers, regulators, and other stakeholders, as
a mitigation measure to maintain operational
reliability of the electricity supply.
