Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta 12190 Dengan hormat / Dear Sir/Madam, Menunjuk surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Nomor S-09160/BEI.PP2/08-2025 tanggal 11 Agustus 2025 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan atas Volatilitas Transaksi Efek, yang kami terima melalui IDX Net pada tanggal yang sama, maka dapat kami sampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut / Referring to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) letter Number S-09160/BEI.PP2/08-2025 dated 11 August 2025 regarding Reguest for Explanation on Securities Transaction Volatility, which we received through IDX Net on the same date, we would like to convey the following matters: Bahwa pada tanggal 7 Agustus 2025 telah terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan harga atas saham PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (TIFA) sebagai berikut: 1. Aktivitas transaksi meningkat menjadi sebanyak 1.121.800 saham dengan frekuensi 1.182 kali dibandingkan hari bursa sebelumnya sebanyak 107.000 saham dengan frekuensi 132 kali. 2. Harga ditutup meningkat sebesar Rp10 atau 294 dari harga penutupan hari sebelumnya pada Rp500 menjadi Rp510. / That on 7 August 2025, there was an increase in the activity and price of PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (TIFA) as Tollows: 1. Transaction activity increased fo 1,121,800 shares with a freguency of 1,182 times compared to the previous trading day of 107,000 shares with a freguency of 132 times. 2. The closing price increased by Rp10 ar 256 from the previous day's closing price of Rp500 to Rp510.
