Utama. PT: VOKSEL "ELECTRIC . Tbk.
(“Perseroan”), suatu perusahaan yang didirikan
berdasarkan hukum negara Republik Indonesia,
bersama ini menandatangani Surat Keputusan yang
ditetapkan di bawah ini.
Menimbang:
Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan dan peraturan
di bidang Pasar Modal, maka Direksi merasa
perlu untuk menunjuk dan mengangkat seorang
Sekretaris Perusahaan (Corporate Secretary) guna
melaksanakan tugas-tugas dan administrasi
kepengurusan Perseroan, terutama — untuk
memastikan kepatuhan Perseroan terhadap hukum
yang berlaku, khususnya di bidang Pasar Modal.
Mengingat:
1. Peraturan Otoritas Jasa — Keuangan
No.35/POJK.04/2014 Tentang Sekretaris
Perusahaan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik.
Memutuskan:
1. Menetapkan dan Mengangkat Saudari
Melly Triani menggantikan Saudari Sachje
Amalia Siddharta sebagai Sekretaris
Perusahaan (Corporate Secretary) yang
berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara
Perseroan dengan otoritas pasar modal,
investor, dan masyarakat umum serta berperan
untuk memastikan bahwa Perseroan telah

Regarding
Appointment of Corporate Secretary
The undersigned, Hua Shun, as the President
Director of PT VOKSEL ELECTRIC Tbk. ("the
Company"), a company established under the laws
of the Republic of Indonesia, hereby signs the
Decree set forth below.
Considering:
In order to comply with provisions and regulations
in the field of the Capital Market, the Board of
Directors deems it necessary to appoint and
designate a Corporate Secretary to carry out the
tasks and administration of the Company's
management, especially to ensure the Company's
compliance with applicable laws, particularly in
the field of the Capital Market.
In View Of:
1. Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
35/POJK.04/2014 Regarding the Corporate
Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies.
Decided:
1. Appointing Ms. Melly Triani, to replace Ms.
Sachje Amalia Siddharta as the Corporate
Secretary who serves as a liaison between the
Company and the capital market authorities,
investors, and the general public and plays a
role in ensuring that the Company has complied
with corporate governance principles.
