Referring to the Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 13 of 2023 concerning Policies to
Maintain the Performance and Stability of the Capital
Market under Significantly Fluctuating Market
Conditions (POJK 13/2023), and the Financial
Services Authority Letter Number S-17/D.04/2025
dated March 18, 2025, regarding the Policy on the
Implementation of Share Buybacks by Public
Companies under Significantly Fluctuating Market
Conditions, and in accordance with the provisions of
POJK 13/2023, the Company hereby submits this
Disclosure of Information regarding the planned
implementation of a share buyback by the Company,
as set out in the attachment to this letter.
