Information or Fact No. 1349/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Sby, yang salah satunya
ditujukan kepada PT Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk
(“Bank”) sebagai Tergugat I (“Perkara”). / PT Bank
Maspion Indonesia Tbk was sued by PT. Alim Investindo
(“Plintiff”) under case registration number No.
1349/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Sby, one of which was directed at PT
Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk (”Bank”) as Defendant I
(”Case”).
Pada tanggal 17 Juli 2025 Penggugat dan Tergugat
menandatangani Perjanjian Perdamaian yang berisi
kesepakatan penyelesaian Perkara/Sengketa. / On July
17th, 2025, the Plaintiff and the Defendant signed a

Settlement Deed containing a final settlement of the
Case/Dispute.
Pada tanggal 25 Juli 2025, Penggugat dan Tergugat
mengajukan Perjanjian Perdamaian kepada Pengadilan
Negeri Surabaya untuk diperiksa oleh Hakim dan
mendapatkan putusan. / On July 25th, 2025, the Plaintiff
and the Defendant submitted the Settlement Deed to the
Surabaya District Court to be excamined by the Judge and
obtain a resolve amicably.
Pada tanggal 01 Agustus 2025, Hakim telah mengeluarkan
Putusan Perdamaian. / On August 1st, 2025, the Judge
issued the Settlement Deed.
Pada tanggal 08 Agusuts 2025, Surat Putusan Perdamaian
telah diterima oleh PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk. / On
August 08th, 2025, the Settlement Deed was received by
PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk.
Dengan telah dikeluarkannya Putusan Perdamaian , maka
Perkara dinyatakan selesai dan memiliki kekuatan hukum
tetap (inkracht van gewijsde). / With the issuance of the
Settlement Deed, the Case is declared and has obtained
