Pembangunan 50 Villa Modular di Marina Bay Lombok
PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE)
mengumumkan telah menandatangani perjanjian kerja pada 6
Agustus 2025 untuk melaksanakan pembangunan 50 unit villa
modular di kawasan Marina Bay Lombok, Lombok Barat.
Proyek ini merupakan bagian penting dari pengembangan
kawasan pariwisata terpadu di pesisir selatan Lombok. Proses
implementasi konstruksi telah dimulai dan ditargetkan akan
selesai pada akhir tahun 2025.
Pembangunan villa ini akan mengaplikasikan teknologi
modular perseroan, yaitu Modular Lite (MoLi). MoLi
merupakan sistem modular ringan dengan bobot 450 kg per
unit dan berdimensi 6 x 3 x 3 meter, yang dapat dipasang
tanpa menggunakan alat berat. Penggunaan teknologi ini
bertujuan untuk efisiensi waktu, peningkatan ketepatan
konstruksi, dan mengurangi dampak lingkungan, sejalan
dengan komitmen WEGE pada aspek keberlanjutan. Proyek
ini mengedepankan standar kualitas internasional untuk
menyediakan hunian yang modern dan nyaman.
Kawasan Marina Bay Lombok dikembangkan sebagai proyek
terpadu (mixed-use development) yang akan mencakup zona
residensial premium, fasilitas komersial, dan rekreasi
berstandar internasional. Berlokasi strategis, hanya 40 menit
dari Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika, proyek ini
dinilai memiliki potensi investasi jangka panjang. Keberhasilan
proyek ini juga didukung oleh pengembangan infrastruktur
yang berkelanjutan di kawasan tersebut.
Menurut manajemen WEGE, perseroan bangga dapat
berkontribusi dalam proyek Marina Bay Lombok. Dengan
pengalaman dalam teknologi modular dan komitmen pada
keberlanjutan, WEGE yakin dapat mendukung perwujudan visi
kawasan tersebut. Proyek ini juga menjadi kesempatan untuk
memperkenalkan solusi konstruksi inovatif dan ramah
lingkungan ke pasar yang lebih luas.
Pengembangan proyek ini diharapkan dapat memberikan
dampak ekonomi yang signifikan bagi daerah Lombok Barat
melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja, menarik investasi lebih
lanjut, serta mendukung pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata.
Selain itu, proyek ini diharapkan dapat menjadi percontohan
bagi konstruksi masa depan yang berfokus pada keberlanjutan
dan efisiensi sumber daya.

Lombok, August 8, 2025, PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung
Tbk (WEGE) has signed a work agreement on August 6, 2025,
to construct 50 modular villa units in the Marina Bay Lombok
area, located on the southern coast of West Lombok. The
project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025, and
this agreement marks the commencement of the construction
implementation phase.
The 50 modular villa units will be constructed using Modular
Lite (MoLi), a lightweight and space-efficient modular system.
Each MoLi unit weighs 450 kg, has dimensions of 6x3x3
meters, and can be installed without heavy equipment, offering
a practical solution for villa construction. The project will
adhere to international standards with a focus on quality,
comfort, and sustainability. This development supports the
introduction of modern living concepts intended to advance the
tourism and urban sectors in West Lombok. The project is
