(WEGE) is playing a key role in the development of the Marina Bay
Lombok area, located on the southern coast of West Lombok, an Documentation :

In this project, WEGE has been entrusted to construct 50 modular villa
units, which are scheduled for completion by the end of 2025. The work
agreement for this project was signed on August 6, 2025, marking the
start of the construction implementation phase.
The construction project of 50 modular villa units in the Marina Bay
area, West Lombok, will be designed using Modular Lite (MoLi), a
lightweight and space-efficient modular system. MoLi weighs only 450
kg per unit, with dimensions of 6×3×3 meters, and can be installed
without heavy equipment, making it a practical solution for villa
construction. This project also ensures international standards with a
focus on quality, comfort, and sustainability.
This development is a significant step in introducing modern living
concepts that not only meet aesthetic needs but also support the
development of tourism and urban areas in West Lombok. The project
is expected to make a positive contribution to the local economy by
providing high-quality housing and facilities that support future
lifestyles.
The Marina Bay Lombok area is designed as an integrated
development project with a mixed-use scheme that includes a premium
residential zone, modern commercial facilities, and world-class
recreational amenities. This project is being developed to strengthen
the tourism ecosystem and accelerate the growth of urban areas on
Lombok Island. Strategically located just 40 minutes from the
Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Marina Bay Lombok offers a
very promising long-term investment value with high potential for capital
gain.
The ongoing infrastructure development, including the improvement of
airport connectivity, will be a key factor in ensuring the sustainability
and success of this project.
WEGE brings innovative construction solutions by using modular
technology in the construction of these villas. Modular technology is
known for its efficiency in reducing construction time, improving
construction precision, and minimizing environmental impact, which
