Perdagangan
Perseroan berpendapat bahwa pergerakan harga dan/atau
peningkatan volume perdagangan saham Perseroan yang
terjadi merupakan pengaruh alamiah pasar/sentimen investor
maupun esensi spekualitf pasar atas adanya pengaruh
setimen positif pada emiten maupun faktor-faktor lain yang
diketahui Perseroan, dan bukan disebabkan oleh adanya
informasi dan/atau fakta material yang belum diungkapkan
oleh Perseroan.
II. Kepatuhan terhadap Ketentuan Keterbukaan
Informasi
Perseroan berkomitmen untuk senantiasa mematuhi ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang Pasar Modal,
termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada kewajiban penyampaian
keterbukaan informasi secara tepat waktu apabila di kemudian
hari terdapat informasi dan/atau fakta material yang wajib
diungkapkan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan publik,
sesuai dengan ketentuan POJK Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015.

Facts The Company believes that the price movements and/or
increase in trading volume of the Company shares are the
result of natural market forces, investor sentiment, or market
speculation stemming from positive sentiment toward the
issuer or other factors known to the Company, and are not
caused by any material information and/or facts that have not
yet been disclosed by the Company.
II. Compliance with Disclosure Requirements
The Company is committed to consistently complying with laws
and regulations in the capital market sector, including but not
