Merujuk Surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor SS-09013/BEI.PP3/08-2025 kepada PT PP (Persero)
Tbk (“Perseroan”) tanggal 5 Agustus 2025 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan dengan ini Perseroan
jelaskan sebagai berikut:
Referring to the Indonesian Stock Exchange's Letter SS-09013/BEI.PP3/08-2025 to PT PP (Persero)
Tbk (“the Company”) dated August 5th, 2025 regarding the Indonesia Stock Exchange's Request,
hereby we explain as follows:
1. Klarifikasi oleh Perseroan atas kebenaran berita tersebut
Penjelasan:
Sampai dengan terbitnya tanggapan ini, Perseroan telah menanggapi pemberitaan mengenai
pemanggilan beberapa karyawan oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) melalui Laporan
Informasi atau Fakta Material yang sudah dilaporkan pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2025 pada
Pelaporan Keterbukaan Informasi di IDX. Perseroan menyampaikan klarifikasi resmi atas
proses hukum yang saat ini tengah berlangsung. Pemanggilan tersebut merupakan bagian dari
proses pemeriksaan atas dugaan kasus yang terjadi di lingkungan Divisi EPC PT PP (Persero)
Tbk pada periode 2022–2023. Pemeriksaan telah dilakukan sejak Desember 2024 dan saat ini
memasuki tahap lanjutan di KPK. Perseroan juga menegaskan penghormatan terhadap asas
praduga tak bersalah (presumption of innocence) bagi seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam
proses pemeriksaan dan hingga saat ini belum terdapat putusan hukum yang bersifat tetap
atas perkara dimaksud.

Explanation:
Until the issuance of this response, The Company has responded to the news regarding the
summons of several employees by the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) through the
Material Information or Facts Report that was submitted on August 1, 2025, in the Information
Disclosure Report on the IDX. The Company has provided an official clarification regarding the
ongoing legal process. The summons is part of the investigation process into alleged cases
that occurred within the EPC Division of PT PP (Persero) Tbk during the 2022–2023 period.
The investigation has been conducted since December 2024 and is currently entering the
advanced stage at the KPK. The Company also reiterates its respect for the presumption of
innocence for all parties involved in the investigation process and to date there has been no
final legal decision on the case in question.
2. Latar belakang dan penyebab dari peristiwa yang dilaporkan di media massa,
Penjelasan:
Latar belakang dan penyebab atas peristiwa tersebut sepenuhnya dalam kewenangan
penyidik. Sampai dengan saat ini, kasus tersebut masih dalam pemeriksaan penyidik sehingga
Perseroan akan mengikuti dan menghormati proses hukum yang ada dengan tetap
mengedepankan asas praduga tidak bersalah (presumption of innocence) bagi seluruh pihak
yang terlibat dalam proses pemeriksaan.

The background and causes of this incident are entirely within the investigator's jurisdiction.
The case is currently under investigation, and the Company will follow and respect the legal
process, while upholding the presumption of innocence for all parties involved.
3. Perkembangan terkini dari kasus tersebut,
Penjelasan:
Sampai dengan terbitnya tanggapan ini, proses yang berjalan adalah proses penyidikan dan
pemeriksaan saksi-saksi. Sebagai perusahaan yang taat akan peraturan dan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku, Perseroan akan mengikuti dan menghormati proses hukum yang ada
dengan tetap mengedepankan asas praduga tidak bersalah (presumption of innocence) bagi
seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pemeriksaan. Hingga saat ini, belum ada informasi
atas proses lebih lanjut serta belum terdapat putusan hukum yang bersifat tetap atas perkara
dimaksud.

Explanation:
Until the issuance of this response, the ongoing investigation and witness examination process
is ongoing. As a company that complies with applicable laws and regulations, the Company will
follow and respect the existing legal process while upholding the presumption of innocence for
all parties involved in the investigation. To date, there is no information regarding further
proceedings, and no final legal decision has been issued in this case.
4. Dampak kasus tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan, dan reputasi
Perseroan,
Penjelasan:
Sampai dengan terbitnya tanggapan ini, proses pemeriksaan tersebut tidak berdampak secara
material terhadap kelangsungan operasional maupun aktivitas bisnis perusahaan. Perseroan
tetap menjalankan kegiatan usaha secara normal dan profesional, sesuai komitmen
perusahaan dalam menjaga kepercayaan para pemangku kepentingan. Seluruh proyek,
layanan, dan fungsi bisnis berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.
Explanation:
Until the issuance of this response, the inspection process did not materially impact the
continuity of the company's operations or business activities. The company continues to
operate normally and professionally, in line with its commitment to maintaining stakeholder
trust. All projects, services, and business functions are operating as expected.
5. Tindak lanjut yang sudah atau akan diambil Perseroan dalam merespons kasus tersebut.
Penjelasan:
Sampai dengan terbitnya tanggapan ini, sebagai perusahaan terbuka Perseroan selalu
menjunjung tinggi penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dalam setiap aspek
pengelolaan usaha. Dalam hal ini Perseroan bersikap kooperatif dan memberikan dukungan
penuh terhadap proses hukum yang sedang berjalan. Perseroan juga menghormati proses
hukum yang dilakukan oleh pihak yang berwenang dan memastikan bahwa setiap pihak yang
dimintai keterangan, baik karyawan aktif maupun yang telah purna tugas, siap memberikan
klarifikasi sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.

the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in every aspect of its business

and retired employees, are prepared to provide clarification in accordance with applicable laws.

hidup perusahaan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan.

Sampai dengan terbitnya tanggapan ini, tidak terdapat informasi/ fakta/ kejadian penting yang
material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga saham Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup
Perseroan yang wajib diungkapkan kepada publik. Meskipun demikian, Perseroan akan
berkomitmen untuk melakukan keterbukaan informasi terhadap segala jenis informasi/ fakta/
kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta
kelangsungan hidup Perseroan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Explanation:
Until the publication of this response, there's no other material information/ facts/ important
events that could be affect the price of the Company's securities and the survival of the
Company that has not been disclosed to the public. Nevertheless, the Company committed to
disclosing information regarding all types of material information/ facts/ other important events
that could be affect the price of the Company's securities and the survival of the Company in
accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
