Apakah Perusahaan memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat
terhadap pencatatan saham Perusahaan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Does the Company have plans to undertake
corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will affect the listing of the
Company shares on the Exchange (at least in the next 3
months)?

Saat ini Perusahaan hanya merencanakan
pemisahan Unit Usaha Syariah melalui pendirian
Perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa Syariah dan tidak
memiliki rencana aksi korporasi lainnya. Sebagai
perusahaan jasa keuangan yang berada di bawah
pengawasan OJK, semua rencana aksi korporasi
perlu dimasukkan dalam rencana bisnis terlebih
dahulu untuk kemudian — mendapatkan
persetujuan OJK.

Currently, Company only has a plan to
separate Sharia Business Unit (UUS) through the
establishment of a Sharia Life Insurance Company
as approved by OJK, and does not have any
additional corporate action plan. As a financial
services company regulated under OJK, all plan for
corporate action should be priorly disclosed in
the business plan for

obtaining OJK approval.

6 | Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perusahaan. Dalam hal
ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary
menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang
saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi
tersebut

Plans of major shareholders regarding their
shareholdings in the Company. In this regard, please
ask the Corporate Secretary to first ask the major
shareholders in answering this confirmation.

Kami telah mengkonfirmasi hal ini dengan
pemegang saham pengendali kami, Mitsui
Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd, yang memiliki 80 S6
saham LIFE.

Saat ini, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd
belum memiliki rencana untuk membeli atau
menjual saham LIFE.

We have confirmed with our controlling
shareholder, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co.,
Ltd, who owns 804 of LIFE share.

They have no plan to buy or sell LIFE shares at the
moment.
