on IDX and BUMI websites on 31st July 2025.

a) The Income Statement for 1H-2025 is PSAK 111 compliant ie specifically excludes KPC which is equity
accounted (Appendix 1).
b) The Consolidated Income Statement 1H-2025, including KPC, is highlighted below for benefit of
investors and compared YOY (Appendix 2).
c) Operating Metrics of the BUMI on full basis for 1H-2025 (YOY) are attached (Appendix 3).
