anak usaha baru dengan nama Tigranix Ventures Pte. Ltd.
(Tigranix), berkedudukan di Singapura. Tigranix didirikan
berdasarkan Companies Act 1967 dan merupakan perseroan
terbatas dengan saham terbatas (Pendirian Tigranix).
Perseroan memiliki seluruh atau 100% (seratus persen)
kepemilikan penuh di dalam Tigranix.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendirian Tigranix akan menambah portofolio Perseroan,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan memperluas jaringan usaha dan sebagai bagian dari rencana
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pengembangan usaha jangka panjang Perseroan.
