Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Senayan, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta 12190, Indonesia Re: Resignation Letter |, the undersigned, tender my resignation from my position as the Corporate Secretary of the Company. This resignation is submitted as part of the organizational restructuring within the Company's Group in connection with my appointment as a member of the Board of Directors as well as the Corporate Secretary of PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk (“MGR”). This resignation also serves to comply with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate Secretaries of Issuers or Public Companies, specifically Article 3 paragraph (3), which stipulates that a Corporate Secretary is prohibited from concurrentiy holding any position in another Issuer or Public Company. Iunderstand that MGR is currently in the process of submitting the relevant applications to the Guthorities in connection with its proposed public offering, which is expected to receive approval prior to 31 December 2025. Therefore, to comply with the above-mentioned regulations, | respectfully reguest that the Company accept this resignation no later than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of this letter. I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the opportunity, trust, and support extended to me during my tenure as the Corporate Secretary of the Company. Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Senayan, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan 12190, Indonesia Hal: Surat Pengunduran Diri Melalui surat ini, saya dengan ini menyampaikan pengunduran diri saya dari jabatan sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan Perseroan. Pengunduran diri ini saya ajukan sebagai bagian dari penyesuaian struktur organisasi Grup Perseroan yang terkait dengan pengangkatan saya sebagai anggota Direksi sekaligus Sekretaris Perusahaan PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk (“MGR”), serta dalam rangka pemenuhan ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, khususnya Pasal 3 ayat (3) yang menyatakan bahwa Sekretaris Perusahaan dilarang merangkap jabatan apapun di Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik lain. Saya memahami bahwa MGR masih dalam proses pengajuan ke instansi terkait sehubungan dengan penawaran umum atas sahamnya kepada publik yang direncanakan akan mendapatkan persetujuan sebelum tanggal 31 Desember 2025. Oleh karenanya, untuk memenuhi ketentuan- ketentuan diatas, saya berharap bahwa pengunduran diri saya ini dapat diterima oleh Perseroan selambat- lambatnya 45 (empat puluh lima) hari kalendar sejak tanggal surat ini. Saya mengucapkan apresiasi dan terima kasih sebesar-besarnya atas kesempatan, kepercayaan dan dukungan yang telah diberikan kepada saya selama menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan Perseroan.
