Dengan hormat,
Pada tanggal 16 Juni 2025, Perseroan telah
menerima surat pengunduran diri dari Bapak Adi
Adriansyah Sjoekri sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan.
Sehubungan dengan pengunduran diri tersebut dan
merujuk pada ketentuan Pasal 4 Peraturan OJK No.
35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (“POJK 35/2014”),
Perseroan dengan ini menerima pengunduran diri
dari Bapak Adi Adriansyah Sjoekri sebagai
Sekretaris Perusahaan terhitung sejak tanggal 30
Juli 2025 dan sekaligus mengangkat Ibu Jessica J.
sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan sementara
Perseroan. Pengangkatan ini berlaku efektif sejak
tanggal 31 Juli 2025 dan berlaku selama paling lama
60 (enam puluh) hari kalender sejak tanggal
tersebut.
Selanjutnya, sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku, Perseroan akan
menyampaikan informasi mengenai penunjukan
Sekretaris Perusahaan secara definitif setelah
proses penunjukan diselesaikan. Apabila dalam
jangka waktu 60 (enam puluh) hari kalender sejak
pengangkatan sementara belum terdapat
penunjukan Sekretaris Perusahaan definitif, maka
Sekretaris Perusahaan sementara akan melanjutkan
peran dan fungsi sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan
Perseroan.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
On 16 June 2025, the Company received a
resignation letter from Mr Adi Adriansyah Sjoekri
from his position as Corporate Secretary.
In relation to the resignation and pursuant to
Article 4 of the OJK Regulation No.
35/POJK.04/2014 regarding the — Corporate
Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies ("POJK
35/2014”), the Company hereby accepts the
resignation from Mr Adi Adriansyah Sjoekri from his
position as Corporate Secretary effective 30 July
2025 and appoint Mrs Jessica J. as the interim
Corporate Secretary of the Company. This
appointment will be effective as of 31 July 2025 and
shall be valid for a maximum period of 60 (sixty)
calendar days from such date.
Furthermore, in accordance with the prevailing
laws and regulations, the Company will submit
information regarding the definitive appointmentof
the Corporate Secretary upon completion of the
appointment process. In the event that no definitive
@ppointment has been made within 60 (sixty)
calendar days from the date of the interim
appointment, the interim Corporate Secretary shall
continue to carry out the roles and functions of the
Corporate Secretary of the Company.
