Penyesuaian ini hanya berkaitan dengan target waktu pelaksanaan proyek dan tidak mengubah tujuan maupun alokasi penggunaan Dana IPO sebagaimana telah diungkapkan dalam Prospektus. Perseroan tetap melanjutkan pelaksanaan proyek serta melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi secara berkala. Based on the Company's Initial Public Offering Prospectus, a portion of the IPO Proceeds was allocated for the development of a Luxury Boutigue Hotel in Pecatu, Bali with the hotel targeted to commence operations in August 2026. Following the Company's latest evaluation of the project's progress, including the fulfilment of licensing reguirements and adjustments to the construction schedule, the Company has adjusted the hotel's target operational timeline to the end of 2027. This adjustment relates solely to the project timeline and does not change the purpose or allocation of the IPO Proceeds as disclosed in the Prospectus. The Company will continue the project and conduct periodic monitoring and evaluation. Penyesuaian tersebut berdampak pada waktu penyelesaian dan pengoperasian proyek sebagaimana dijelaskan di atas. Namun tidak terdapat perubahan atas tujuan dan alokasi penggunaan Dana IPO, dan tidak memberikan dampak negative yang material terhadap kegiatan Operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi Keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. The adjustment affects the project's completion and operational timeline as described above. However, the adjustment does not change the purpose orallocation of the IPO Proceeds and is not expected to have any material adverse impact on the Company's overall operations, legal position, financial condition, or ability to continue as agoing concern.
