the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. Kep- Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025
dated 12 December 2025 on the Amendment of
Regulation Number I-£ on the Obligations to
Submit Information (“Regulation I-E"). In
connection with the foregoing, we hereby forand
on behalf of Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT
Bukit Asam Tbk or in abbreviation is PT Bukit
Asam (Persero) Tbk ("Company") convey an
information that Company will submit the
Financial Statement for Half Year of 2026 in
Limited Review by Public Accountant (herein
