PRODUCTION AND SALES

In the first six months ended June 30, 2025
(January-June 2025, 1H25), ANTAM managed
to maintain positive performance amid
challenges in the domestic mining industry.

Sales performance of ferronickel and bauxite
commodities in 1H25 was also influenced by
adjustments to regulations related to product
selling prices. However, nickel ore and gold
segments maintained strong performance,
reflecting the success of the Company's
business portfolio diversification strategy and
the operational effectiveness in maintaining
sustainable growth amid industry dynamics.

Company's efforts to create sustainable added
value for its stakeholders.

As implement to Environmental, Social and
Governance — (ESG) principles, — ANTAM
committed to implementing of good mining
practices and operation excellence in carry out
the Company operational. Meanwhile, ANTAM

managed the Occupational Health and Safety
(OHS) system to achieve zero fatality, zero
occupational diseases and the incidence of
occupational diseases.

FERRONICKEL

In line with efforts to stabilize the market and
adjust its sales strategy, ANTAM recorded
optimal ferronickel production and sales in
1H25, with production reached 9,067 tons of
nickel in ferronickel (TNi) and sales reached
5,763 TNi.

In the second guarter of 2025 (Apri-June 2025,
2025), ANTAM's ferronickel production was
recorded 4,569 TNi, increase 24 from
ferronickel production in the first guarter of
2025 (January-March 2025, 1025) of 4,498 TNi.
Ferronickel sales volume in 2025 was recorded
at 924 TNi. Ferronickel sales in 1H25 were fully
absorbed by the export market, with the main
export destination to South Korea, India, and
China.

NICKEL ORE

Throughout 1H25, ANTAM's nickel ore
production volume reached 9.10 million wet
metric tons (wmt), a significant increase 11796
from the nickel ore production in the first six
months ending June 30, 2024 (JanuaryJune
2024, 1H24) of 4.19 million wmt.

8.20 million wmt, significant increase 14496
compared to nickel ore sales in 1H24 of 3.36
million wmt. In 2025, sales volume reached
4.37 million wmt, the all-time high in more than
a decade since the mineral export ban. This
achievement reflects a significant increase of
8596 compared to 2024, which amounted to
2.35 million wmt.

During 1H25, the majority nickel ore
commodities were allocated for the domestic
lower-grade nickel industry and internal raw
material reguirements for the Company's
ferronickel production in Kolaka.

GOLD

In2025, gold production from Company's mine
reached 208 kg (6,687 troy oz). ANTAM
recorded gold production in 1H25 of 438 kg
(14,082 troy oz), relatively stable with gold
production in 1H24 of 440 kg (14,146 troy oz).

ANTAM achieved the all-time high guarterly
gold sales in the Company history in 2025, with
gold sales of 15,566 kg (500,459 troy Oz), increae

oz), an increase 84Y6 from sales in 1H24 of
15,969 kg (513,415 troy oz.).

Global gold prices remained high in 2025,
influenced by global macroeconomic dynamics
and geopolitical uncertainty, — which
contributed to continued high domestic
market interest in gold produced by ANTAM.

In response to high demand for gold in the
domestic market and increasingly fierce
competition, ANTAM has consistently to
strengthen its market position through sales
strategies that focus on product guality,
security, and easy access for customers. This

commitment has enabled ANTAM to maintain
consumer trust as the brand of choice and
support the positive gold sales performance in
1H25.

The increase in ANTAM's retail gold sales in
2025 was also driven by ANTAM Logam Mulia
application, which has provided customers
with a safe and convenient to conduct physical
gold transactions since its launch in March
2025.

growth in 2025 reaching 728,360 wmt, increase
of 8796 compared to 2024 bauxite production
of 390,212 wmt. Meanwhile, ANTAM's bauxite
production in 1H25 was recorded at 1.38
million wmt, a significant increase 15596 from
the bauxite production in 1H24 of 542,929 wmt.

ANTAM's bauxite production is used as raw

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

In order to strengthen production capacity and
improve — the sustainable — Company's
competitiveness in the gold business, during
1H25 ANTAM continued to accelerate the
project to develop precious — metal
manufacturing facilities in JIIPE, Gresik, as part of
efforts to fulfill the increasing market demand
and expand gold market development.

In the nickel segment, for the EV Battery
Ecosystem Development Cooperation Project in
Indonesia, have been achieved the several
milestone related to preliminary work, licensing,
preparation of funding to support the
preparation of construction on target.

On June 29, 2025, the inauguration was held for
the commencement of the construction of
integrated battery plants in Karawang - West
Java for the Cell Battery Plant (JV 5) and in East
Halmahera - North Maluku for the Buli Industrial
Estate which will operate the RKEF Plant (JV 2),
HPAL Plant (JV 3), Battery Material Plant (JV 4)
and Battery Recycling Plant (JV6).

In collaboration with a world-class strategic
partner, CBL, which is a global joint venture of
CATL, Brunp and Lygend, ANTAM and IBC focus
on executing the project to develop an
integrated electric vehicle battery ecosystem
from upstream to downstream as part of the
national downstream strategy.

In order to strengthen downstream bauxite
commodities, ANTAM continues to deliver on its
commitment to support the integration of the
national aluminum industry.

As an important step towards the commercial
operation phase, ANTAM ensured the supply of
bauxite to support the stability of alumina
production during the commissioning process.
In addition, trial shipment of alumina to the
aluminum smelter in Kuala Tanjung has also
been carried out as part of the integrated supply
chain testing.

With ensuring the supply of bauxite to the SGAR
project operated by PT Borneo Alumina
Indonesia, a joint venture between ANTAM and
Inalum, ANTAM reaffirms its role in supporting
the development of a sustainable national
aluminum industry ecosystem.
