Divisi Penilaian Perusahaan Grup 2/Group 2 Corporate Assessment Division Dengan hormat, Mengacu pada laporan keuangan PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (“Perseroan”) untuk tahun yang berakhir pada 30 Juni 2025, dimana terdapat perubahan material liabilitas Perseroan, dengan ini dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut : Jumlah liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan 30 Juni 2025 sebesar Rp. 584.711.085 ribu turun 30,594 dibandingkan Laporan Keuangan 31 Desember 2024 sebesar Rp. 842.442.639 ribu. Hal ini disebabkan terutama oleh pelunasan pinjaman yang diterima. Direksi Perseroan berkeyakinan bahwa pengurangan jumlah liabilitas Perseroan pada tanggal 30 Juni 2025 tersebut memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja Perseroan. Dear Sir/Madam Referring to the financial statements of PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (the “Company”) for the year ended June 30, 2025, in which there are changes in the Company's liabilities, that can be explained, as follows: Total liabilities in the Financial Statements as of June 30, 2025, amounted to IDR 584,711,085 thousand, representing an decrease of 30.594 compared to the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024, amounted to IDR 842,442,639 thousand. This decrease was primarily due to repayment of loans received. The Board of Directors of the Company believes that the decrease in total liabilities as of June 30, 2025, has a positive impact on the Company's performance.
