Tangerang, July 31, 2025 – PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (“Company”/”MPPA”), reported a steady
performance for the first half of 2025, despite a challenging market environment and more selective
consumer spending. Amid these conditions, MPPA continued to make progress in operational efficiency
and received positive responses to its store expansion efforts.

Net Sales 3,773 3,787 -0.4%
Gross Profit 618 628 -1.6%

Net Loss for the Period (59) (57) 2.6%
Key Financial Highlights:

• Profit from Operations reached Rp7 billion, compared to Rp10 billion in the same period last year.
• Net Loss for the Period was Rp59 billion, compared to Rp57 billion loss in the previous year,
reflecting the Company’s ability to maintain operational discipline despite market pressures.
MPPA continue to improve productivity through operational efficiencies and portfolio optimization,
including rationalization of underperforming stores. At the same time, new store openings showed early
positive momentum in terms of customer traffic and long-term growth potential.
