Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa penetapan putusan atas Permohonan Pencabutan
PKPU 148 WSKR pada hari Senin, tanggal 28 Juli 2025 telah
ditetapkan melalui e-court yang menyatakan bahwa:
1. Mengabulkan pencabutan perkara permohonan Penundaan
Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) Nomor
148/Pdt.Sus/PKPU/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst., oleh Pemohon
PKPU tersebut;
2. Menyatakan sah pencabutan perkara permohonan
Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) Nomor
148/Pdt.Sus/PKPU/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst.;
3. Memerintahkan Panitera Pengadilan Niaga pada
Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat untuk mencatat pencabutan
perkara permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran
Utang (PKPU) Nomor
148/Pdt.Sus/PKPU/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst., tersebut;
4. Menghukum Pemohon Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran
Utang (PKPU) untuk membayar biaya perkara sejumlah Rp.
2.636.000,00 (dua juta enam ratus tiga puluh enam ribu
rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa dengan adanya penetapan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pencabutan PKPU tersebut, menunjukkan itikad baik
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan dalam menjaga hubungan dengan para kreditur
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau serta memperkuat kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan
Perusahaan Publik terhadap komitmen Perseroan dalam menjaga kelangsungan
usaha dan keberlanjutan operasional. Pencabutan ini
diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap
stabilitas kinerja dan reputasi Perseroan di masa yang akan
datang.

Facts No. 148 WSKR, rendered on Monday, July 28, 2025, has been
issued through the e-court system, which stipulates the
following:
1. To grant the withdrawal of the petition for Suspension of
Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) Case Number
148/Pdt.Sus/PKPU/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst., as submitted by
the Petitioner;
2. To declare the withdrawal of the petition for Suspension of
Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) Case Number
148/Pdt.Sus/PKPU/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. to be valid;
3. To order the Registrar of the Commercial Court at the
Central Jakarta District Court to record the withdrawal of the
petition for Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU)
Case Number 148/Pdt.Sus/PKPU/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst.;
4. To sentence the Petitioner of the Suspension of Debt
Payment Obligations (PKPU) to pay the court fees in the
amount of IDR 2,636,000.00 (two million six hundred thirty-six
thousand rupiah).
