          ANTAM Distribute s Dividen ds of Rp 5.04 Trillion, Reaffirmed
                Commitment to Sustainable Value Creation


Jakarta, July 17 , 2026 – PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ANTM) or ANTAM reaffirmed its commitment to
creating added value for shareholders through the distribution of a cash dividend for fiscal year 2025
amounting to Rp5.05 trillion, an increase of 38% compared to cash dividend for fiscal year 2024 of
Rp3.65 trillion. The cash dividend was paid on 10 July 2026, in accordance with the resolution of
ANTAM’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for Financial Year 2025.

The dividend distributed amounted to Rp209.98867 per share, or the equivalent of Rp1,049.94335
per CHESS Depository Interest (CDI) for the Company’s CDI holders on the Australian Securities
Exchange (ASX). The Company’s securities on the ASX are traded in the form of CDIs, where one CDI
is equivalent to and/or exchangeable for five ANTAM Series B ordinary shares.

ANTAM President Director , Untung Budiharto stated that the dividend payment           emphasizes
ANTAM’s consistency in maintaining profitability and creating long            -term value for its
shareholders. The total dividend distributed represents 70% of profit attributable to owners
of the parent entity . In addition, the dividend distribution reflects the Company’s tangible
contribution to Indonesia’s economic growth.

With reference of the Initial Public Offering Prospectus, ANTAM consistently strives to deliver added
value to shareholders through the distribution of cash dividends at least once each year. Taking into
account the Company’s financial condition and overall financial condition , and without prejudice to
the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), ANTAM has established a minimum
dividend payout policy of 30% of net profit after tax, unless the GMS decides otherwise.           The
dividend distribution policy reflects the Company’s consistency in delivering returns to
shareholders, while continuing to take into account its financial condition and business
development needs .

In line with the consistency in distributing dividends , ANTAM continues to maintain its position as
one of the leading issuers in the IDX High Dividend20 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.    This
reflects that ANTAM has consistently paid cash dividends over the past three years, whilst also
offering shareholders a high dividend yield.

In recognition of its consistency in providing returns to shareholders, ANTAM also received an award
at the 16th Institutional Investor Corporate Awards 2026 organised by Alpha Southeast Asia on June
29, 2026. In the event, ANTAM was awarded in the Most Consistent Dividend Policy category.
