MAA REPORTS FIRST HALF FISCAL 2025 RESULTS
Jakarta, July 30th, 2025 – PT Map Ak3f Adiperkasa Tbk (MAA), the sports, kids and leisure subsidiary
of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP), today announced its results for Q2 and H1 2025.
In the first six months of 2025, net revenue increased by 11.5% to Rp8.8 trillion. Gross profit
amounted Rp 4.1 trillion, a 13.1% growth from the Rp3.7 trillion, while opera3ng profit was
Rp954 billion, and EBITDA reached Rp1.7 trillion. Furthermore, MAA posted a net profit of
Rp655 billion.
MAA’s net revenue in Q2 posted a 6.7% growth to Rp4.5 trillion, compared to Rp4.2 trillion in the
previous year. Gross profit increased by 11.0%, reaching Rp2.1 trillion, with opera3ng profit at
Rp486 billion, and EBITDA was Rp865 billion. The Company reported a net profit of Rp316 billion
for the quarter.

uncertain3es and subdued consumer appe3te. While part of the Lebaran sales had shibed to
March, we con3nued to see sustained interest in sports and ac3ve lifestyles across our key brands,
par3cularly during the June school holidays,” said Ra3h D. Gianda, VP of Investor Rela3ons,
Corporate Communica3ons, and Sustainability.
Alongside its performance, MAA con3nued to pursue strategic ini3a3ves with the acquisi3on of
VIVAIA in Thailand during the second quarter. This step reflects the Company’s ongoing
commitment to understanding market dynamics and adap3ng to consumer preferences. With a
selec3ve approach to brand partnerships, MAA aims to strengthen its porfolio and align more
closely with growing consumer interest in sustainable and wellness-oriented footwear op3ons.
“As we move into the second half of the year, MAA will con3nue to improve efficiency by managing
costs and inventory with discipline, while closely monitoring our brands and store performance.
