In order to fulfill the provisions of point 111.1.1.5.2 of the Indonesian Stock Exchange Regulation Number I-E concerning the Obligation to Submit Information, we hereby convey that the Interim Financial Report of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk for the Position of June 30, 2026 will be subject to a limited review by a Public Accountant in order to support the Company's needs regarding the Company's corporate action plan. SIG Dengan demikian, Perseroan akan menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Interim dimaksud paling lambat pada akhir bulan kedua setelah tanggal Laporan Keuangan Interim dimaksud yang disertai laporan Akuntan Publik dalam rangka penelaahan secara terbatas, sesuai dengan ketentuan butir III.1.1.5.1.2 Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-E dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 14/POJK.04/2022 tentang Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Berkala Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. Thus, the Company will submit the Interim Financial Report no later than the end of the second month after the date of the Interim Financial Report, accompanied by a Public Accountant's report for limited review, in accordance with the provisions of point 11.1.1.5.1.2 of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation Number I-E and the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 14/POJK.04/2022 concerning Submission of Periodic Financial Reports of Issuers or Public Companies.
