Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 30 Juli 2025 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), anak
perusahaan PT Pertamina Hulu Energi yang tergabung dalam
Subholding Upstream Pertamina, mencatat pertumbuhan
pendapatan pada Semester I 2025 sebesar Rp6,9 triliun,
tumbuh 10% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun
sebelumnya. Peningkatan ini menjadi sinyal positif atas
solidnya kinerja Elnusa di tengah tantangan industri migas dan
dinamika makroekonomi global yang masih berlangsung.
Pertumbuhan ini ditopang oleh kontribusi yang kuat dari
seluruh lini bisnis, dengan segmen Penjualan Barang dan
Jasa Distribusi & Logistik Energi menjadi penyumbang
pendapatan terbesar, yaitu 56% dari total revenue. Kontribusi
signifikan ini berasal dari peningkatan bisnis trading Bahan
Bakar Minyak (BBM) industri dan jasa transportasi BBM.
Sementara itu, segmen Jasa Hulu Migas Terintegrasi
berkontribusi 33% dengan mempertahankan kinerja melalui
layanan teknis dan proyek-proyek strategis. Segmen Jasa
Penunjang Migas berkontribusi sebesar 11%, ditopang oleh
kinerja positif dari lini bisnis fabrikasi, marine support, hingga
warehouse & data management.
Di sisi lain, EBITDA perusahaan tercatat sebesar Rp742 miliar,
sedangkan laba bersih (net profit) mencapai Rp336 miliar.
Direktur Keuangan Elnusa, Stanley Iriawan menjelaskan,
"Capaian laba bersih pada Semester I 2025 mencerminkan
kinerja operasional yang tetap solid, meskipun pada periode
yang sama tahun lalu Elnusa memperoleh tambahan
pendapatan non-operasional dari penyelesaian kasus deposito
Bank Mega. Tanpa adanya komponen tersebut, capaian laba
tahun ini mencerminkan kontribusi murni dari aktivitas bisnis
utama dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan," jelas Stanley.
Stanley menambahkan, "Kami bersyukur di tengah tantangan
eksternal seperti tekanan nilai tukar dan dinamika industri,
Elnusa tetap mampu menjaga tren pertumbuhan pada
pendapatan usaha. Penguatan lini bisnis perusahaan
menunjukkan bahwa fondasi operasional kami kian solid,"
tambah Stanley.
Sejalan dengan itu, Kinerja operasional Elnusa pada Semester
I 2025 mencerminkan kapabilitas yang terus berkembang. Di
segmen jasa hulu migas terintegrasi, Elnusa mencatat
pencapaian penting melalui survei seismik 3D seluas 564,85
km2 dan 2D 13,14 km, serta penyelesaian 551 pekerjaan
wireline dan 7.401 aktivitas well testing. Layanan lainnya juga
menunjukkan performa optimal, seperti pengoperasian
Modular Rig pada 5 sumur, serta penggunaan Hidraulic
Workover Unit (HWU) pada 81 sumur.
Di bidang jasa penunjang migas, unit marine support
membukukan 21 proyek aktif dengan tingkat utilisasi aset
sebesar 80% tanpa insiden kecelakaan kerja, sementara
warehouse & data management mencapai utilisasi aset 95%
serta keberhasilan re-sertifikasi ISO 27001:2022 dan ISO
20000-1:2018. Segmen Penjualan Barang dan Jasa Distribusi
& Logistik Energi pun berkontribusi kuat, antara lain melalui
pengangkutan BBM sebesar 11,85 juta KL, pengelolaan depot
BBM dan LPG, serta distribusi BBM industri, pelumas, dan
bahan kimia. Keseluruhan pencapaian ini menjadi bukti nyata
bahwa Elnusa mampu menjaga kesinambungan operasional
secara optimal di tengah tantangan industri yang dinamis.

Memasuki paruh kedua tahun 2025, Elnusa memantapkan
langkah dengan menetapkan beberapa program strategis
sebagai landasan penguatan kinerja hingga akhir tahun. Di
antaranya, aspek HSSE (Health, Safety, Security &
Environment) menjadi prioritas utama dalam setiap lini
operasional. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja bukan hanya
sebagai kewajiban, tetapi merupakan budaya yang terus
diperkuat demi menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman,
sehat, dan produktif. Elnusa juga terus mengoptimalkan
efisiensi biaya, memperluas sinergi antar entitas dalam Grup
Elnusa, mendorong investasi tepat guna, serta meningkatkan
kompetensi SDM melalui pengembangan berkelanjutan dan

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, July 30, 2025 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a subsidiary
Facts of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina's Upstream
Subholding, recorded revenue of IDR 6.9 trillion in the first half
of 2025, reflecting a 10% increase compared to the same
period last year. This growth signals a positive trend and
reinforces Elnusa's solid performance amid challenges in the
oil and gas industry and ongoing global macroeconomic
dynamics.
This achievement was supported by strong contributions from
all business lines, with the Energy Distribution & Logistics
Services segment emerging as the largest contributor,
accounting for 56% of total revenue. The significant
contribution came from the continued growth in industrial fuel
oil (BBM) trading and BBM transportation services.
Meanwhile, the Integrated Upstream Oil & Gas Services
segment contributed 33%, maintaining its performance through
technical services and strategic projects. The Oil & Gas
Support Services segment accounted for 11%, driven by
strong performance in fabrication, marine support, and
warehouse & data management.
On the other hand, the company's EBITDA stood at IDR 742
billion, with net profit reaching IDR 336 billion. Elnusa's
Finance Director, Stanley Iriawan, stated, "The net profit
achievement in the first half of 2025 reflects our sustained
operational performance, especially considering that the same
period last year included a non-operational gain from the
settlement of the Bank Mega deposit case. Excluding that
component, this year's net profit demonstrates pure
contributions from our core business operations and
operational efficiency," he explained.
Stanley added, "We are grateful that despite external
pressures such as exchange rate volatility and industrial
dynamics, Elnusa continues to sustain revenue growth. The
strengthening of our business lines indicates that our
operational foundation is increasingly resilient."
Aligned with this, Elnusa's operational performance in the first
half of 2025 also demonstrated continued enhancement of its
service capabilities. In the integrated upstream oil and gas
services segment, Elnusa completed a 3D seismic survey
covering 564.85 km2 and a 2D survey of 13.14 km, along with
551 wireline jobs and 7,401 well testing activities. Other
services also performed optimally, such as the deployment of
Modular Rigs on five wells and the use of Hydraulic Workover
Units (HWU) on 81 wells.
In the oil and gas support services segment, the marine
support unit recorded 21 active projects with 80% asset
utilization and zero work-related incidents. Warehouse & Data
Management achieved 95% asset utilization and successfully
completed ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 20000-1:2018 re-
certifications. The Energy Distribution & Logistics Services
segment also made a strong contribution, including the
transportation of 11.85 million KL of BBM, management of fuel
and LPG depots, and distribution of industrial BBM, lubricants,
and chemicals. These achievements are tangible evidence of
Elnusa's ability to maintain operational continuity amid
dynamic industry challenges.

Entering the second half of 2025, Elnusa is reinforcing its
performance through several strategic programs. Among
these, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) remains
a top priority across all operational lines. Occupational health
