DSNG Recorded Profit Growth in First Half of 2025
Jakarta, 30 July 2025 – PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG), a producer of palm oil, wood
products, and renewable energy, reported a net profit growth of 80% year-on-year (YoY) in the
first half of 2025, reaching Rp915 billion. This performance was primarily driven by increased
sales volume and higher average selling prices (ASP) of crude palm oil (CPO). The palm oil
segment remained the primary contributor to the Company's revenue, accounting for 89%,
followed by wood products at 10%, and renewable energy at 1%.
DSNG President Director Andrianto Oetomo stated that the increase in CPO sales volume was
aligned with a 3.9% YoY rise in fresh fruit bunch (FFB) production, reaching 1.1 million tons.
Meanwhile, the ASP for CPO rose 19.3% YoY to Rp14,575/kg, which significantly supported the
Company's profitability.
"We expect CPO prices to remain stable, supported by strong domestic demand following the
implementation of the B40 program, as well as continued demand from key export markets such
as India and China," said Andrianto.
In terms of productivity, the palm oil segment saw positive growth, with FFB production
increasing from both nucleus and plasma plantations. This led to a 4.9% YoY growth in CPO
production. Product quality also remained consistent, with the Free Fatty Acid (FFA) level stable
at 3% and the Oil Extraction Rate (OER) maintained at 23%.
In the wood products segment, DSNG's performance continued to improve, aligned with the
recovery of global demand, particularly from the United States, Europe, and China. As of the end
of June 2025, revenue from this segment reached Rp621 billion, reflecting an 11% YoY growth.
Sales volume of wood panel products rose by 12.4% YoY to 62,000 m³, despite a slight ASP decline
of 1.4% YoY to USD358.20/m³. Meanwhile, engineered flooring products recorded a 5.2% YoY
increase in sales volume to 325,000 m², with the ASP up 10.9% YoY to USD33.72/m².

From the renewable energy segment, DSNG posted Rp66 billion in revenue, derived from the
export of palm kernel shells and wood pellets to Japan, as well as a small portion of domestic
sales. The export volume of palm kernel shells declined during the semester due to a shift in
shipments to the second half, reflecting the demand dynamics at Japanese power plants.
Overall, DSNG's total assets rose 0.8% YoY to Rp17.5 trillion, up from Rp17.4 trillion. On the other
hand, liabilities decreased by approximately 7% YoY, driven by loan repayments, resulting in a
6.7% YoY increase in equity to Rp10.6 trillion.
Various national and international institutions have also recognized DSNG's solid performance.
In Q2 2025, DSNG was again listed in the Fortune Top 500 Southeast Asia, an award recognizing
the region's best-performing companies in terms of revenue and profitability. The Company is
also a constituent of several key Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) indices, including IDX80,
BISNIS-27, KOMPAS100, PEFINDO I-GRADE, SRI-KEHATI, ESGS KEHATI, ESGQ KEHATI, IDXVESTA-
28, IDXSHAGROW, and JII70. These inclusions highlight DSNG's consistent financial strength and
commitment to sustainable practices.

PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSN Group) was established on September 29, 1980, and
focused on palm oil, wood products, and renewable energy businesses. As of December 2024,
DSNG has 110.7 thousand hectares of planted area with a total mill capacity of 675 tons per hour.
Regarding wood products, DSNG operates two wood processing plants in Central Java, producing
panels and engineered flooring. The plants have an installed capacity of 150,000 square meters
