Perseroan akan mengajukan permohonan atas persetujuan pengunduran diri tersebut dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan. Referring to Article 9 letter a of POJK 33/2014, we hereby inform you that on 25 July 2025, the Company received the resignation letter from Mr. Luke Mahony from his position as a Director and Chief Strategy and Technical Officer of the Company.
