Description of Material Information or (I) PT PPG has received a resignation letter from Mr. Rogelio
Facts Paulino Jr. Castillo Lao in his capacity as Director of PT PPG,
dated 29 July 2025.
(II) The resignation of the member of the Board of Directors of
PT PPG as mentioned in point (I) above shall become effective
as of July 31,2025.
