Referring to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2022 concerning the Submission of Periodic
Financial Statements of Issuers or Public Companies ("POJK No. 14") and the Decree of the Board of Directors of the
Indonesia Stock Exchange No: Kep-00066/IDX/09- 2022 on the Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concerning
Information Submission Obligations ("IDX Regulation IE"), where the deadline for submitting the reviewed
Company's interim or mid-year financial statements, is no later than the end of the second month after the date of
interim financial statements, accompanied by the limited review report of the Public Accountant, through this
information the Company conveys:

The Company's Consolidated Financial Statements as of and for the six months period ended on June 30, 2025 are in
the process of limited review by the Public Accounting Firm. This limited review is conducted as a form of fulfillment
of the internal Standard Operating Procedures to continuously improve the good corporate governance by the
Company. For the submission of this limited reviewed consolidated interim financial statements, the Company will
always comply with the deadline disclosed in POJK 14 and IDX Regulation I-E which will not exceed August 31,
2025.
