pemegang saham utama dan pengendali Perseroan, bersama-
sama dengan Perseroan telah melakukan upaya-upaya berikut,
antara lain:

(i) — menunjuk perusahaan sekuritas untuk mengidentifikasi calon
investor yang berminat terhadap saham Perseroan milik
Protelindo,

Ci) melakukan pertemuan-pertemuan dengan calon investor,
guna menjajaki minat investor-investor tersebut terhadap
saham Perseroan: dan

(iii) melakukan pengkinian data pemegang saham Perseroan
guna memastikan komunikasi yang efektif dengan
pemegang saham Perseroan.

In order to compiy with the minimum free float reguirement as
stipulated in IDX Regulation No. I-A concerning the Listing of
Shares and Eguity Securities Other Than Shares Issued by Listed
Companies (“Regulation I-A”), PT Profesional Telekomunikasi
Indonesia (“Protelindo”), as the majority and controlling
shareholder of the Company, together with the Company, has
undertaken the following efforts, among others:
(D)  appointing a securities company to identify potential investors
interested in acguiring the Company's shares owned by
Protelindo,

(HW) holding meetings with potential investors to explore their
interest in the Company's shares: and

(iii) update the Company's sharehoider data in order to ensure
Effective communication with the Company's shareholders.

Atas upaya yang telah dilakukan tersebut, Protelindo telah
melakukan penjualan 500.000 lembar saham kepada pihak ketiga
pada tanggal 6 Mei 2025. Selanjutnya, Perseroan dan Protelindo
masih terus mengkaji lebih lanjut langkah-langkah atau opsi-opsi
lain yang dapat diambil, dengan tetap memperhatikan antara lain
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan kinerja bisnis
Perseroan.

Asa result of these efforts, Protelindo has sold 500,000 shares to
a third party on May 6, 2025. Furthermore, the Company and
Protelindo continue to assess further steps or alternative options
that may be undertaken, while also taking into consideration,
among others, the prevailing laws and Company's business
performance.
