Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan keikutsertaan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk
(Perseroan) sebagai Perusahaan Tercatat dalam acara MIMC
2025 sebagaimana telah diselenggarakan di Medan pada
tanggal 25 Juli 2025, terlampir kami sampaikan materi
presentasi Perseroan.
Acara MIMC 2025 merupakan acara yang diselenggarakan
oleh PT Bursa Efek Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Anggota
Bursa dan didukung oleh Asosiasi Dana Pensiun Indonesia
(ADPI). Acara tersebut bertujuan untuk mempromosikan
Perusahaan Tercatat sebagai pilihan investasi dan sebagai
bentuk engagement activity bagi Perusahaan Tercatat dengan
para investor.
Peserta yang hadir dalam acara MIMC 2025 sebanyak 58
(lima puluh delapan) peserta yang terdiri dari investor
individual dan institusi (Dana Pensiun).
Narasumber/pembicara dari Perseroan dalam acara MIMC
2025 tersebut adalah:
1. Bapak Dennis Indrawan (Vice President, Investor
Relations)
2. Ibu Indah Budiasih (Vice President, Investor
Relations)

Facts participation as a Listed Company at the MIMC 2025 event
held in Medan on 25 July 2025, we hereby provide the
company's presentation materials.
MIMC 2025 is an event organized by the Indonesia Stock
Exchange in collaboration with Exchange Members and
supported by the Indonesian Pension Fund Association
(ADPI). The event aims to promote Listed Companies as
investment options and as an engagement activity for Listed
Companies with investors.
The MIMC 2025 event was attended by 58 (fifty-eight)
participants consisting of individual and institutional (Pension
