Kantor Akuntan Publik, Purwanto Susanti dan Surja yang kami
terima pada tanggal 24 Juli 2025, diinformasikan bahwa
terdapat perubahan nama KAP dari semula bernama KAP
Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja, menjadi KAP Purwanto
Susanti dan Surja.
Berkenaan dengan perubahan nama KAP tersebut, KAP
Purwanto Susanti dan Surja masih merupakan KAP yang
sama dengan KAP yang telah ditunjuk dalam RUPS sebagai
anggota jaringan perusahaan EY, dan tidak terdapat
perubahan Akuntan Publik.

Description of Material Information or Based on the resolution of the Company's Annual General
Facts Meeting of Shareholders dated March 25, 2025, the Public
Accounting Firm (KAP) Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja, a
member of the Ernst & Young (EY) global network of firms, has
been appointed as the KAP to audit the Company's Financial
Statements for the fiscal year 2025.
In accordance with the letter from KAP Purwanto, Sungkoro
and Surja No. 5337/PSS/2025 dated July 23, 2025 regarding
the Change of Name of Public Accounting Firm, Purwanto
Susanti dan Surja which we received on July 24, 2025, we
were informed that there was a change in the name of KAP
from the original name KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja, to
KAP Purwanto Susanti dan Surja.
With regard to the change in the name of the KAP, KAP
Purwanto Susanti dan Surja is still the same KAP that has
been appointed in the GMS as a member of the EY network,
and there is no change in Public Accountant.
