Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menindaklanjuti surat Perseroan Nomor
895/BL/CORSEC/SURAT/VII/2025 tanggal 8 Juli 2025 perihal
Keterbukaan Informasi atas permohonan PKPU yang diajukan
oleh PT Harmas Jalesveva (Harmas) terhadap Perseroan,
bersama ini kami sampaikan perkembangan informasi sebagai
berikut:
Berdasarkan penelusuran Perseroan melalui Sistem Informasi
Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat,
diketahui bahwa Harmas telah mengajukan permohonan
PKPU terhadap Perseroan pada tanggal 3 Juli 2025 dengan
nomor perkara 180/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst
(Permohonan PKPU).
Segera setelah memperoleh informasi tersebut, Perseroan
secara proaktif dan atas inisiatif sendiri mendatangi bagian
Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) Pengadilan Niaga pada
Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat pada tanggal 9 Juli 2025
untuk mencari informasi lebih lanjut mengenai status perkara
dan keberadaan surat panggilan sidang resmi (relaas) dari
pengadilan. Melalui komunikasi langsung dengan Admin
PTSP, diketahui bahwa panggilan sidang resmi (relaas) telah
dikirimkan ke alamat kantor pusat lama Perseroan, sehingga
panggilan sidang resmi (relaas) tersebut tidak pernah diterima
oleh Perseroan.
Setelah berpindah ke kantor pusat Perseroan yang baru,
Perseroan akhirnya menerima secara resmi surat panggilan
sidang (relaas) dari Pengadilan Niaga pada tanggal 21 Juli
2025 di alamat kantor pusat yang baru. Meskipun belum
menerima surat panggilan resmi (relaas) pada saat itu,
sebagai wujud itikad baik dan komitmen terhadap proses
hukum yang berlaku, Perseroan telah hadir dalam:
1. persidangan kedua pada tanggal 16 Juli 2025, dengan
agenda pemeriksaan Legal Standing Perseroan dan
penyampaian Surat Jawaban; dan
2. persidangan ketiga pada tanggal 21 Juli 2025, dengan
agenda Pembuktian.
Perseroan menegaskan bahwa Permohonan PKPU ini tidak
berdasar dan merupakan pengulangan dari upaya hukum
yang sebelumnya telah ditolak oleh Majelis Hakim.
Permohonan PKPU serupa telah diajukan oleh Harmas
terhadap Perseroan dengan nomor perkara 2/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst., dan telah diputus oleh Majelis
Hakim Pengadilan Niaga dengan amar putusan menolak
permohonan dimaksud. Keterbukaan informasi atas putusan
tersebut telah disampaikan Perseroan melalui Surat No.
807/BL/CORSEC/SURAT/VII/2025 tertanggal 14 Maret 2025.
Perseroan senantiasa berkomitmen untuk menghormati proses
hukum yang berlaku dan percaya bahwa Majelis Hakim
Pengadilan Niaga akan konsisten menilai perkara ini secara
adil dan objektif berdasarkan fakta serta ketentuan hukum
yang berlaku.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kembali kami tegaskan bahwa Permohonan PKPU ini tidak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan mempengaruhi operasional Perseroan. Perseroan tetap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, menjalankan kegiatan bisnis seperti biasa, memberikan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan, mitra usaha, dan
Perusahaan Publik pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Terkait dengan kondisi
keuangan perusahaan, Perseroan menegaskan bahwa
Perseroan memiliki kondisi keuangan yang sehat, dan
kemampuan untuk memenuhi kewajiban finansialnya. Klaim
dalam Permohonan PKPU ini tidak mencerminkan kondisi
keuangan Perseroan secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian,
tidak ada dampak material yang dirasakan secara langsung
terhadap kinerja operasional dan keuangan Perseroan atas
kasus hukum tersebut. Perseroan juga berkomitmen untuk
senantiasa menjaga stabilitas operasional dan kepatuhan
hukum dengan memperkuat kebijakan internal serta
melaksanakan evaluasi berkala terhadap proses operasional
untuk mencegah potensi masalah hukum dan memastikan
keberlanjutan operasional perusahaan.

Facts 895/BL/CORSEC/SURAT/VII/2025 dated 8 July 2025
regarding the Disclosure of Information in connection with the
PKPU petition filed by PT Harmas Jalesveva (Harmas) against
the Company, we hereby submit the following update:
Based on the Company search through the Case Tracking
Information System (SIPP) of the Central Jakarta District
Court, it was discovered that Harmas had filed a petition for
Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) against the
Company on 3 July 2025, registered under case number
180/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst (PKPU Petition).
Upon learning of the PKPU Petition, the Company took the
initiative to visit the One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP)
section of the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District
Court on 9 July 2025 to obtain further information regarding
the official court summons (relaas). Following communication
with the PTSP Administrator of the Commercial Court, it was
revealed that the official summons had been sent to the
Company previous head office address. As a result, the
Company did not receive the court summons.
Subsequently, after the Company had relocated its head office
to a new address, it officially received the court summons
(relaas) from the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta
District Court at its new premises on 21 July 2025.
Nevertheless, even prior to the receipt of the official court
summons, the Company demonstrated its good faith by
attending:
1. The second hearing held on 16 July 2025, with the agenda
of examining the Company legal standing and submission of a
written response; and
2. The third hearing held on 21 July 2025, with the agenda of
evidence submission.
The Company firmly asserts that the current PKPU Petition is
baseless and constitutes a repetition of a previous legal
attempt which was already rejected by the Panel of Judges. A
similar PKPU petition was previously filed by Harmas against
the Company under case number 2/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN
Niaga Jkt.Pst, and was conclusively decided by the
Commercial Court with a ruling rejecting the petition.
Disclosure regarding such a decision has been conveyed by
the Company through Letter No.
807/BL/CORSEC/SURAT/VII/2025 dated 14 March 2025.
The Company remains fully committed to complying with all
applicable legal proceedings and maintains confidence that the
Panel of Judges of the Commercial Court will continue to
assess this matter fairly and objectively, based on the facts
and prevailing laws and regulations.

Impact of event, material information or We reiterate that this PKPU Petition does not affect the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company operations. The Company continues to conduct its
Company’s operational activities, legal, business as usual, providing the best service to customers,
financial condition, or going concern business partners, and other stakeholders. Regarding the
Company financial condition, the Company affirms that it
maintains a healthy financial position and has the ability to
meet its financial obligations. The claims made in the PKPU
Petition filed by Harmas do not reflect the Company's overall
financial situation. As such, there has been no material direct
impact on the Company operations or finances as a result of
this legal case. The Company is also committed to maintaining
operational stability and legal compliance by strengthening
internal policies and conducting regular evaluations of
operational processes to prevent potential legal issues and
ensure the continuity of the Company operations.
