Melalui surat ini kami, PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (“Perseroan”), bermaksud untuk menyampaikan laporan
informasi sebagai berikut: /
Through this letter, we, PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (the “Company”), intend to submit the following
information report:

Affiliate transaction in relation to capital injection by the
Company into its subsidiary, PT Dayasa Aria Prima (“DAP”).
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Berikut rincian penambahan setoran modal oleh Perseroan
Description of Material Information or kepada DAP: /
Fact The following are the details of the capital injection by the
Company into DAP:

• Jumlah penambahan modal: Rp600.000.000.000
(enam ratus miliar Rupiah). /
Amount of capital injection: IDR600,000,000,000 (six
hundred billion Rupiah).
• Bentuk modal: setoran tunai. /
Form of capital: cash injection.
• Sumber dana: dana hasil pelaksanaan Penambahan
Modal Dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek
Terlebih Dahulu (PMHMETD) Perseroan. /
Source of funds: proceeds from the Company’s rights
issue.
• Tujuan penambahan modal: untuk pembayaran
kewajiban pinjaman kepada PT Bank Central Asia Tbk,
sesuai dengan rencana penggunaan dana hasil
PMHMETD sebagaimana telah disampaikan dalam
prospektus. /
Purpose of capital injection: to repay outstanding loan
obligations to PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, in accordance
with the use of proceeds plan as disclosed in the
Prospectus.
Penambahan modal ini merupakan bagian dari realisasi
rencana penggunaan dana hasil PMHMETD. /
This capital injection is part of the realization of the rights
issue proceeds utilization plan.

PT Dayasa Aria Prima is a subsidiary of the Company with
direct share ownership of 99.99%.
