Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Bahwa sebagaimana disampaikan dalam
keterbukaan informasi pada 31 Oktober 2024, Perseroan
menghentikan sementara operasionalisasi unit produksi Pabrik
Kimia dan Serat di Karawang terhitung 1 November 2024.
2. Lingkungan bisnis Perseroan saat ini baik luar negeri
(kelebihan kapasitas global, kenaikan tarif ekspor ke USA,
kenaikan harga bahan baku) maupun dalam negeri
(ketidakjelasan penerapan bea anti-dumping, revisi peraturan
importasi yang belum sesuai harapan industri) telah
menyebabkan lesunya permintaan produk industri.
3. Sejumlah upaya saat ini masih berlangsung untuk
menyelesaikan restrukturisasi utang dengan Kementerian
Keuangan, untuk mencapai kesepakatan akhir atas perbaikan
proposal yang diajukan Perseroan, tetapi proses ini
kemungkinan membutuhkan waktu lebih lama untuk
diselesaikan.
4. Selama ini Perseroan tetap terus menjaga dan
memelihara fasilitas unit produksi Pabrik Kimia dan Serat di
Karawang agar dapat dioperasionalkan kembali dalam waktu
dekat ketika terdapat solusi yang dapat dijalankan. Namun,
pemeliharaan fasilitas unit produksi Pabrik Kimia dan Serat di
Karawang dalam kondisi tidak beroperasi membutuhkan biaya
yang tinggi. Penghentian produksi yang berlangsung lebih dari
enam bulan membuat operasionalisasi kembali fasilitas unit
produksi kami di Karawang menjadi tidak layak secara teknis
dan komersial.
5. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan akan mendeklarasikan
penutupan permanen unit produksi ini dan mengambil
langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk merevisi proyeksi
bisnisnya berdasarkan operasi pabrik Kaliwungu-Kendal di
masa mendatang.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta 1. Penutupan unit produksi di Karawang akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan mengakibatkan pendapatan penjualan tahunan Perseroan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, tahun 2025 dan seterusnya menjadi lebih rendah dari tahun-
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau tahun sebelumnya.
Perusahaan Publik 2. Dalam waktu dekat, Perusahaan akan melakukan
revisi proyeksi keuangannya sesuai dengan keterbatasan
operasional sebagai dampak penutupan unit produksi
Karawang ini.
3. Perseroan segera mereview dan mereposisi kembali
produk-produk dan faktor pendukung lainnya yang ada di unit
produksi Pabrik Kaliwungu.
4. Perseroan akan meneruskan proses restrukturisasi
yang sedang berlangsung saat ini, untuk mencapai
kesepakatan dengan para kreditur dan investor, sehingga
Perseroan berpeluang mendapatkan pendanaan untuk
meningkatkan produksinya, meningkatkan fasilitasnya dan
memperbaiki hasil usahanya untuk para pemangku
kepentingan.

Company Operational Update
Type of Material Information or Facts
Description of Material Information or 1. As previously reported in the information disclosure
Facts on October 31, 2024, the Company has temporarily stopped
the operation of the production unit, the Chemical and Fiber
factory in Karawang effective November 1, 2024.
2. The Company's current business environment, both
overseas (global overcapacity, increased export tariffs to the
USA, increased raw material prices) and domestically (the
unclear application of anti-dumping duties, revised import
regulations that do not meet industry expectations) has led to
sluggish demand for the industry's products.
3. A few efforts are currently ongoing to finalize the debt
restructuring with the Ministry of Finance, to reach a final
agreement on the revised proposal submitted by the
Company, but this process is likely to need much more time to
conclude.
4. The Company has continued to maintain and
safeguard the production facilities of the Chemical and Fiber
Factory in Karawang so that they can be operationalized in the
near future when a feasible solution is available. However,
maintaining the production unit facilities of the Chemical and
Fiber Factory in Karawang in idle condition involves high
expenditure. Stoppage over an extended period of over six
months makes restart technically and commercially unviable
for our facility of production unit in Karawang.
5. Therefore, the company will declare permanent
closure of this unit production and take necessary steps to
revise its business projection based on its Kaliwungu -Kendal
plant operation in the future.

funding to increase its production, upgrade its facility and
improve its return to stakeholders.
