Berkelanjutan II Aneka Gas Industri Tahap I Tahun 2020
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam rangka memenuhi peraturan BEI Nomor I-E tentang
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi No. IV.2.11 yang
menyebutkan bahwa Perusahaan tercatat wajib
menyampaikan laporan mengenai kesiapan dana untuk
pelunasan efek paling lambat 15 (lima belas) hari bursa
sebelum efek dimaksud jatuh tempo, maka kami
menyampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyiapkan dana
untuk melunasi pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Aneka Gas
Industri Tahap I Tahun 2020 Seri B sebesar Rp 2.000.000.000
(dua milyar Rupiah) dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan II Aneka
Gas Industri Tahap I Tahun 2020 sebesar Rp 5.000.000.000
(lima milyar Rupiah).
Kedua efek tersebut akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 14
Agustus 2020.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau

Phase I Year 2020
Description of Material Information or In order to comply with IDX regulation No. I-E regarding
Facts Obligation to Submit Information Item IV.2.11 which states that
listed companies are required to submit a report on the
readiness of funds for the repayment of securities no later than
15 (fifteen) trading days before the securities are due, we
hereby inform that the Company has prepared funds to repay
the principal amount of Sustainable Bonds II Aneka Gas
Industri Phase I Year 2020 Series B amounting to Rp
2,000,000,000 (two billion Rupiah) and Sustainable Sukuk
Ijarah II Aneka Gas Industri Phase I Year 2020 amounting to
Rp 5,000,000,000 (five billion Rupiah).
Both securities will mature on August 14, 2020.
