memberhentikan sementara Sdr. Tjham Kon Tjiap Als.
Budiono sebagai Direktur Perseroan efektif terhitung sejak
tanggal 18 Juli 2025.
Terkait dengan pemberhentian sementara anggota Direksi
tersebut akan diputuskan lebih lanjut dalam Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang waktunya akan kami
sampaikan lebih lanjut untuk mencabut atau menguatkan
keputusan pemberhentian sementara tersebut.

Description of Material Information or In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 and Article 11
Facts POJK Number 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning Directors and
Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies and
referring to the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of PT
Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk Number 001/SK-
KOM/VII/DPNS/2025 dated July 18, 2025, PT Duta Pertiwi
Nusantara Tbk (the "Company") hereby informs that the Board
of Commissioners has temporarily suspended Mr. Tjham Kon
Tjiap Als. Budiono as Director of the Company effective from
July 18, 2025.
Regarding the temporary suspension of the member of the
Board of Directors, a further decision will be made at the
Company's General Meeting of Shareholders, at which time
we will provide further information to revoke or strengthen the
decision on the temporary suspension.
