Merujuk permintaan penjelasan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia melalui surat nomor S-08268/BEI.PP2/07-2025 tanggal
null perihal Permintaan penjelasan atas volatilitas transaksi efek, kami sampaikan penjelasan sebagai berikut:

           Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek
           perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
           Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau
           Perusahaan Publik?
     1     Perseroan tidak memiliki/mengetahui informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek
           perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK Nomor
           31/POJK.04/2015. Apabila perseroan memiliki/mengetahui informasi atau fakta material yang dimaksud,
           Perseroan akan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi sebagaimana diwajibkan dalam Peraturan OJK
           Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015
           Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek
           perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban
           Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
           Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021
           Perseroan tidak memiliki/mengetahui informasi atau fakta material yang dimaksud dalam ketentuan

           Peraturan Nomor I-E butir III.2.1. dan IV.2.1. sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran Keputusan Direksi
           PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021. Apabila perseroan memiliki/mengetahui informasi atau
           fakta material yang dimaksud, Perseroan akan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi sebagaimana
           diwajibkan dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan
           IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021
           Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta
           kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik
     3     Tidak terdapat informasi, fakta, maupun kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi
           harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik.
           Seluruh keterbukaan informasi telah kami sampaikan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
           Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
           Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap
           Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

           Perseroan tidak mengetahui aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK No.
           11/POJK.04/2017 terkait Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan
           Terbuka.
           Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
           rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam
           3 bulan mendatang)?
     5     Sebagaimana yang perseroan sampaikan pada 8 Juli 2025 perihal Pengumuman Rencana Rapat Umum
           Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB), yang akan dilaksanakan pada 14 Agustus 2025. Selain hal
           tersebut, perseroan belum memiliki rencana tindakan korporasi lainnya dalam waktu dekat, yang akan
           berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham di Bursa.
           Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
           mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam
     6     menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.
           Berdasarkan konfirmasi yang telah dilakukan, tidak terdapat rencana dari pemegang saham utama terkait
           perubahan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

Tambahan Penjelasan Terkait Tren Positif Saham Perseroan:
Pergerakan harga saham Perseroan baru-baru ini, kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor, antara lain:
     Penguatan harga CPO futures di Malaysia




CPO futures Malaysia tercatat berada di kisaran RM?4?200 4?225 per ton pada pertengahan Juli 2025, naik lebih
dari 5% dari awal Bulan Juli 2025 dan telah mencapai angka tertinggi sejak April 2025, menandakan tren bullish
yang kuat.
Rata-rata tahunan harga CPO futures Malaysia diperkirakan stabil tinggi: sekitar ~RM?4.100/ton pada pertengahan
tahun, meski ada koreksi Q2, namun dorongan oleh siklus konsumsi negara importir dan peran program biodiesel
diperkirakan masih kan mendorong harga.




     Sinyal positif dari kinerja ekspor Indonesia
o Nilai ekspor CPO dan turunannya melonjak signifikan, pertanda permintaan global yang kuat dan harga tinggi.
o Lonjakan ekspor CPO ke US?2,19?miliar pada Maret turut menjaga surplus perdagangan di level tinggi.
     Progres positif negosiasi Indonesia EU CEPA turunnya tarif AS




Setelah 19 putaran selama hampir 10 tahun, Indonesia EU CEPA mencapai terobosan pada 15 Juli 2025 dan bakal
menghapus bea impor untuk ~80?% komoditas ekspor Indonesia, termasuk CPO




Sementara itu, AS menurunkan tarif impor CPO Indonesia dari 32?% menjadi 19?% menyusul deal di Juli 2025,
memberikan akses pasar AS yang lebih kompetitif dimana pasar ekpor CPO ke AS mencapai 1,6 juta ton per tahun.

          Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
          rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam
          3 bulan mendatang)?
     5    Sebagaimana yang perseroan sampaikan pada 8 Juli 2025 perihal Pengumuman Rencana Rapat Umum
          Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB), yang akan dilaksanakan pada 14 Agustus 2025. Selain hal
          tersebut, perseroan belum memiliki rencana tindakan korporasi lainnya dalam waktu dekat, yang akan
          berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham di Bursa.
          Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
          mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam
     6    menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.
          Berdasarkan konfirmasi yang telah dilakukan, tidak terdapat rencana dari pemegang saham utama terkait
          perubahan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

Additional Explanation Related to the Positive Trend of the Company's Shares:
The Company's recent stock price movements may be influenced by a number of factors, including:


     Strengthening CPO futures prices in Malaysia
o Malaysia's CPO futures were recorded in the range of RM 4 200 4 225 per tonne in mid-July 2025, up more than
5% from the beginning of July 2025 and have reached the highest figure since April 2025, signaling a strong bullish
trend.
o Malaysia's average annual CPO futures price is expected to be stable: around ~RM 4,100/ton by mid-year,
despite the Q2 correction, but the boost by the importing country's consumption cycle and the role of the biodiesel
programme is expected to still drive prices.
     Positive signals from Indonesia's export performance
o The export value of CPO and its derivatives jumped significantly, a sign of strong global demand and high prices.
o The surge in CPO exports to the US of 2.19 billion in March helped keep the trade surplus at a high level.
     Positive progress in Indonesia-EU CEPA negotiations US tariff reduction
o After 19 rounds over almost 10 years, the Indonesia EU CEPA reached a breakthrough on July 15, 2025 and will
eliminate import duties for ~80% of Indonesia's export commodities, including CPO
Meanwhile, the US lowered Indonesia's CPO import tariffs from 32% to 19% following the deal in July 2025,
providing more competitive access to the US market where the CPO export market to the US reaches 1.6 million
tons per year.
