ANNOUNCEMENT OF NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE OF THE COMPANY
In order to comply the Regulation of Financial Services Authority No. 34/POJK.04/2014 dated
8 December 2014 regarding the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Issuer or Public
Company, we hereby inform that according to the Board of Commissioners meeting on 14 July
2025, it was decided :
1. Honorably dismiss Mr. Sriyanto as a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee
of the Company with gratitude for the services he has provided to the Company while
carrying out his duties as a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the
Company.
2. Appoint Mr. Husni Ali as a new member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the
Company, effective as of July 14, 2025 with a term of office not exceeding the term of office
of the Board of Commissioners of the Company, so that the composition of Nomination and
Remuneration Committee of the Company is as follows :
Chairman : Mr. Ris Sutarto
Member : Mr. Husni Ali
Member : Mrs. Agustina
