 Description of Material Information or        On the date of 15th of July 2025, the Company has signed the
 Facts                                         Construction Agreement for the Titan Lodge Development at
                                               Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, South Sumatera with
                                               PT. SERVO LINTAS RAYA.

                                               In this agreement, the Company acts as the main contractor
                                               for the construction work of office buildings, dormitory of VIP
                                               and Staff building, clinic, canteen, utility room, warehouse,
                                               mosque and sports facilities.

                                               The duration of the agreement is starting from the Date of
                                               Commencement of Work or until December 31, 2025, with a
                                               contract value of IDR 70,000,000,000 (Seventy Billion).

                                               The nature of the relationship between the parties entering into
                                               the contract is that they do not have an affiliate relationship.
                                               PT. Xolare RCR Energy Tbk (SOLA) was established in 2014
                                               and is a company that has
                                               business activities in Asphalt Trading and Construction
                                               Services, as well as AsphaltProcessing Industry and
                                               construction services through Subsidiaries.

                                               PT Servo Lintas Raya (SLR) is a company that specializes in
                                               providing reliable access to 118 km of road infrastructure and
                                               coal logistics services, ensuring the smooth flow of coal from
                                               the mine site to the storage area and special coal port in
                                               Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) district.
