Fact Pembangunan Wisma Titan yang berlokasi di
kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir –
Sumatera Selatan dengan PT. SERVO LINTAS
RAYA.
Dalam perjanjian ini, Perseroan selaku
kontraktor Utama untuk pekerjaan konstruksi
pembangunan bangunan kantor, bangunan
dormitory karyawan dan VIP, klinik, kantin,
ruang utility, gudang, masjid dan sarana olah
raga.
Jangka waktu perjanjian terhitung sejak
Tanggal Mulai Pekerjaan atau sampai dengan
31 Desember 2025 dengan nilai kontrak
adalah Rp 70.000.000.000,- (Tujuh Puluh
Miliar)
Sifat hubungan para pihak yang melakukan
kontrak adalah tidak memiliki hubungan
afiliasi.
PT. Xolare RCR Energy Tbk (SOLA) didirikan
pada tahun 2014 adalah perusahaan yang
memiliki kegiatan usaha Perdagangan Aspal
dan Jasa Konstruksi,serta Industri
Pengolahan Aspal dan jasa konstruksi
melalui Entitas Anak
PT Servo Lintas Raya (SLR) adalah
perusahaan yang mengkhususkan diri dalam
menyediakan akses yang andal ke
infrastruktur jalan sepanjang 118 km dan
layanan logistik batu bara, memastikan
kelancaran arus batu bara dari lokasi
tambang ke tempat penyimpanan dan
pelabuhan batu bara khusus di kabupaten
Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI).
On the date of 15th of July 2025, the Company
has signed the Construction Agreement for
the Titan Lodge Development at Penukal Abab
Lematang Ilir Regency – South Sumatera with
PT. SERVO LINTAS RAYA.

In this agreement, the Company acts as the
main contractor for the construction work of
office buildings, dormitory of VIP and Staff
building, clinic, canteen, utility room,
warehouse, mosque and sports facilities.
The duration of the agreement is starting from
the Date of Commencement of Work or until
December 31, 2025, with a contract value of
IDR 70,000,000,000 (Seventy Billion).
The nature of the relationship between the
parties entering into the contract is that they
do not have an affiliate relationship.
PT. Xolare RCR Energy Tbk (SOLA)
was established in 2014 and is a company that
has business activities in Asphalt Trading
and Construction Services, as well as
Asphalt Processing Industry and
construction services through Subsidiaries.
PT Servo Lintas Raya (SLR) is a company that
specializes in providing reliable access to 118
km of road infrastructure and coal logistics
services, ensuring the smooth flow of coal
from the mine site to the storage area and
special coal port in Penukal Abab Lematang
Ilir (PALI) district.
4 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Memberikan dampak positif terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan serta
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau operasional Perseroan.

Impact for such Information or Material Providing a positive impact on the continuity
Fact towards operational activity, legal, of the Company business as well as improving
financial condition or business continuity the Company financial and operational
of Issuer or Public Company performance.
