ANNOUNCEMENT OF NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE OF THE COMPANY
In order to comply the Regulation of Financial Services Authority No. 34/POJK.04/2014 dated
8 December 2014 regarding the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Issuer or Public
Company, we hereby inform that according to the Board of Commissioners meeting on 13 July
2026, it was decided :
1. Honorably dismiss Mr. Ris Sutarto as a chairman of Nomination and Remuneration
Committee of the Company, as well as to dismiss all members of Nomination and
Remuneration Committee of the Company, with gratitude for their valuable services and
contributions during their tenure as members of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of
the Company.
2. Reappoint Mr. Ris Sutarto as chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the
Company, and to reappoint the members of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the
Company, effective as of 13 July 2026, for a term of office not exceeding the term of office of
the Board of Commissioners of the Company, so that the composition of Nomination and
Remuneration Committee of the Company is as follows :
Chairman : Mr. Ris Sutarto
Member : Mr. Husni Ali
Member : Mrs. Agustina
