ANNOUNCEMENT OF AUDIT COMMITTEE OF THE COMPANY
In order to comply the Regulation of Financial Services Authority No. 55/POJK.04/2015 dated
29 December 2015 regarding the Establishment and Implementation Guidance of the Audit
Committee, we hereby inform that according to the Board of Commissioners Meeting dated
13 July 2026, it was decided :
1. Honorably dismiss Mr. Lutfi Dahlan as a chairman of Audit Committee of the Company,
to which he had been appointed since 14 July 2025, as well as to dismiss all members of
Audit Committee of the Company, with gratitude for their valuable services and contributions
during their tenure as members of Audit Committee of the Company.
2. Appoint Mr. Gatot Subroto as the new chairman of Audit Committee of the Company, and
to reappoint the members of Audit Committee of the Company, effective as of 13 July 2026,
for a term of office not exceeding the term of office of the Board of Commissioners of the
Company, so that the composition of Audit Committee of the Company is as follows :
Chairman : Mr. Gatot Subroto
Member : Mr. Rudi Haryanto
Member : Mrs. Yeanette Widijastuti Widjaja
