Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 14 Juli 2025 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA),
anak usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi yang tergabung dalam
Subholding Upstream Pertamina, buktikan langkah nyatanya
dalam kembangkan budaya perusahaan yang inovatif dengan
meraih predikat "Very Good" pada ajang Indonesia Best
Employee Engagement 2025 yang diselenggarakan oleh
Majalah SWA & Business Digest pada 10 Juli 2025 di Jakarta.
Program yang digelar Majalah SWA & Business Digest ini
ditujukan untuk mengapresiasi Perusahaan yang berhasil
menerapkan praktik terbaik dalam tata kelola kerja yang
mengedepankan nilai dan semangat keterlibatan dan
kesejahteraan pekerja. Penilaian dalam ajang ini dilakukan
melalui survei langsung kepada pekerja Perusahaan peserta.
Survei ini dirancang untuk mengukur sejauh mana karyawan
merasa terlibat, dihargai, dan diberdayakan dalam lingkungan
kerja mereka.
Penghargaan ini menegaskan komitmen Elnusa dalam
membangun budaya kerja yang sehat, suportif, dan
berorientasi pada kesejahteraan pekerja. Dengan metode
survei kuantitatif tertutup, kepuasan kerja pekerja diukur
secara objektif. Elnusa membuktikan bahwa pendekatan pada
sumber daya manusia tidak hanya menciptakan lingkungan
kerja yang harmonis, namun juga memperkuat citra
Perusahaan dan menciptakan nilai pelanggan yang
berkelanjutan.
Penghargaan tersebut diterima langsung oleh Direktur SDM &
Umum Elnusa, Hera Handayani sebagai pengakuan atas hasil
survei keterlibatan pekerja yang dilakukan pada Maret 2025.
"Pencapaian ini adalah hasil kolaborasi seluruh perwira
Elnusa. Kami percaya bahwa keterlibatan pekerja merupakan
fondasi penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang
sehat, produktif, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan," ujarnya.
Elnusa dinilai berhasil mengembangkan program Employee
Engagement yang inovatif dan relevan, mulai dari penguatan
komunikasi internal, program pengembangan berbasis
kompetensi, hingga inisiatif kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan
pekerja (employee well-being). Semua langkah ini sejalan
dengan semangat transformasi budaya AKHLAK dan strategi
pengembangan SDM unggul yang menjadi prioritas
Perusahaan serta Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan SDG's

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, July 14, 2025 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA),
Facts a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina's
Upstream Subholding, has demonstrated tangible progress in
developing an innovative corporate culture by earning a "Very
Good" rating in the Indonesia Best Employee Engagement
2025 awards, held by SWA Magazine & Business Digest on
July 10, 2025, in Jakarta.
This program, initiated by SWA Magazine & Business Digest,
aims to recognize companies that have successfully
implemented best practices in workplace governance by
emphasizing values and fostering employee engagement and
well-being. The evaluation was conducted through direct
surveys of employees from participating companies, designed
to measure the extent to which employees feel engaged,
valued, and empowered in their work environment.
The award reaffirms Elnusa's commitment to fostering a
healthy, supportive, and employee-centered work culture.
Through a closed quantitative survey method, employee
satisfaction is objectively measured. Elnusa has proven that its
human capital approach not only creates a harmonious work
environment but also strengthens corporate image and
delivers long-term customer value.
The award was received directly by Hera Handayani, Elnusa's
Director of Human Capital & General Affairs, in recognition of
the results from the employee engagement survey conducted
in March 2025. "This achievement reflects the collaboration of
all Elnusa officers. We believe that employee engagement is a
key foundation in building a healthy, productive, and adaptive
work environment," she stated.
Elnusa was recognized for its ability to develop innovative and
relevant employee engagement programs, ranging from
strengthened internal communications and competency-based
development initiatives to employee well-being and happiness
programs. These efforts align with the spirit of AKHLAK
cultural transformation, Elnusa's strategic priority of developing
superior human resources, and the Sustainable Development
Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-
being) and Goal 5 (Gender Equality).
This award further affirms Elnusa's commitment to
continuously develop reliable human capital and foster a
collaborative, inspiring work climate in support of sustainable
growth in the national energy sector.
