     Receives “Very Good” Recognition in Indonesia Best Employee
              Engagement 2025 by SWA & Business Digest
Jakarta, July 14, 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina’s Upstream
Subholding, has demonstrated tangible progress in developing an innovative corporate culture by earning a "Very Good" rating in
the Indonesia Best Employee Engagement 2025 awards, held by SWA Magazine & Business Digest on July 10, 2025, in Jakarta.

This program, initiated by SWA Magazine & Business Digest, aims to recognize companies that have successfully implemented best
practices in workplace governance by emphasizing values and fostering employee engagement and well-being. The evaluation was
conducted through direct surveys of employees from participating companies, designed to measure the extent to which employees
feel engaged, valued, and empowered in their work environment.

The award reaffirms Elnusa’s commitment to fostering a healthy, supportive, and employee-centered work culture. Through a
closed quantitative survey method, employee satisfaction is objectively measured. Elnusa has proven that its human capital
approach not only creates a harmonious work environment but also strengthens corporate image and delivers long-term customer
value.

The award was received directly by Hera Handayani, Elnusa’s Director of Human Capital & General Affairs, in recognition of the
results from the employee engagement survey conducted in March 2025. “This achievement reflects the collaboration of all Elnusa
officers. We believe that employee engagement is a key foundation in building a healthy, productive, and adaptive work
environment,” she stated.

Elnusa was recognized for its ability to develop innovative and relevant employee engagement programs, ranging from
strengthened internal communications and competency-based development initiatives to employee well-being and happiness
programs. These efforts align with the spirit of AKHLAK cultural transformation, Elnusa’s strategic priority of developing superior
human resources, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and Goal 5
(Gender Equality).

This award further affirms Elnusa’s commitment to continuously develop reliable human capital and foster a collaborative, inspiring
