huruf (d) POJK 42, yaitu transaksi pinjaman yang
diterima secara langsung dari bank; dan / The
execution of the Mizuho Facility Agreement as
mentioned above is an affiliate transaction as referred
to the clause 6 section (1) letter (d) POJK 42, i.e., a
loan transaction received directly from the bank; and
2. Penandatanganan Perjanjian Fasilitas Mizuho di atas
bukan merupakan transaksi benturan kepentingan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK 42 dan bukan
merupakan transaksi material sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK No.17/POJK.04/2020

tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha. / The execution of the Mizuho Facility Agreement is not a conflict-of-interest transaction of the Company as referred to OJK Rule 42 and not a material transaction as referred to the OJK Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 on Material Transactions and Change of Business Activities.
